This place checks all of the boxes. I don't live close but will definitely take the time to visit again.“

“Literally amazing every single time. We live in kenhorst and always drive a few extra minutes or pay for delivery from jade garden because it is on POINT. The chicken, lo mein, and rice are always perfect. They usually toss in a free rice which is greatly appreciated. And don’t EVEN get me started in their crab Rangoon…. Absolute perfection. I was so shocked to see the reviews because we’ve been ordering from here for years and anytime we’ve gone elsewhere we’ve had issues!!! But NEVER a single issue here. The pricing is good, the food is better. If you’re craving Chinese RUN, don’t walk ?‍♀️“

“Yum! We are never disappointed with food at Zhuang’s. We love the owners and the family. We have watched the young ones grow over the years. The Sushi is amazing. My husband enjoys the Sushi/Sashimi Combo plate. I myself especially enjoy the General Tso’s Chicken and Fried dumpling. No inside dining right now but who doesn’t love take out. “This is our go to Chinese spot. Their drive through window makes it easy to pick up especially when you have kids. They are a little expensive compared to the other Chinese restaurants but their food has flavor which makes it worth it! They do not deliver though that’s a down side.

“I was introduced to this restaurant by my brother in law. I grew up and am still from NYC, we had a Chinese restaurant that made pizza rolls, and long ago they shut down. Pizza rolls had become my favorite at the Chinese restaurant because they were so delicious. I have visited many food places that would have pizza rolls on the menu but didn't have them in stock. So, having visited my family in Reading, PA this was our first stop. Their pizza rolls are amazing. I wish they made them a bit bigger, but for the size they make them already, still hits the spot. If you're ever in the area, give this place a try for their Chinese food. But don't forget to add the pizza rolls to your order, you won't regret it. ??????“

“Reading the reviews I am floored by the 1 star reviews. I've been eating at great China semi regularly for like 12 years. I've virtually never gotten bad food or service from this place. Occasionally the flavor will be slightly off. Not bad just weak i chalk it up to a different chef. The one time they gave me the wrong order. They made it right with no fuss. The food is almost always piping hot. Though during busy times it might take a little while to get it. My family and I love great china.“

Vegetarian options: I order the mixed vegetable or chinese mixed veg. The broccoli in garlic sauce, large vegetable soup. They have other things you can choose and, steamed options as well.“

“Chan's fried chicken is really good! I love their wings, but their half fried chicken always catches my eye because it looks so good! The food never tastes old always fresh, and the restaurant is really clean. You have to try Chan's at least once to understand.“

“Never been in to eat. We've only ever gotten delivery. Prices are great for the amount of food you get. Food is delicious and it's our go to. When it's delivered, it's quick and piping hot still. You can't beat it for this area (not alot of options in the Adamstown/Denver area). My husband is from New York and he said it reminds him of Chinese food from the city (which in his opinion is the best).“

Foods good and the service delivery time is A1, pick up times can have a slight delay from them pumping out DoorDash or uber eats orders, but they make sure you are priority over delivery drivers. “I’m honestly not a Chinese food eater, have to be in a specific mood for it, plus I am a picky eater. I will drive well out of my way (over 30mins) for this food. The bourbon chicken is amazing and the rice is so flavorful. I find myself eating this at least once a week. (For someone who normally dislikes Chinese food). it’s hard to find good bourbon chicken around and this is my go to. I’ve personally never had a bad experience here. The owner is always super pleasant.“

“I was there yesterday and the selection is overwhelming...so much to choose from. I had the Thai chicken panang with a coconut curry creme sauce and fried rice. It was so good! Crispy spring rolls were great too and as a lunch special it was only $8.50. I took home another dish to try "Triple Delight" but I bet I will love it too. They also are fine if a large group wants to come as long as you give them notice. I will be back soon...I mean it's seriously good food!“

“I ordered everything online and got an email confirmation with what we ordered and estimated ready time. Everything was done at the time estimated. All the food was really good! The white rice was cooked perfectly. I can't really give them a rating on the atmosphere since it was under Reno, but the kitchen was up and running. This is my new favorite take out spot.

“We decided to stop by and grab some lunch specials. The family greeted us and was very polite and professional. We decided to dine in we ordered general tso and chicken fried rice it was 4/5 and it wasn't spicy. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and it was fresh and tasty 4/5. The spring rolls were 5/5. The rice could have been a bit more seasoned.“

“Today I ordered the beef with adpargus. The beef was all rubber. I had to spit all of what I tried out. I called and the owner (female) said there is nothing she was going to do about it. $20 gone and no lunch. They just lost a loyal customer.“

“Sometimes, you want Chineese food, and being a native of Philadelphia, I sometimes crave cheese steak. So when I came across a cheese steak roll, I had to have it!! They were divine!! I even allowed a friend to try one, but ONLY one. Then my family agreed with me. The juicy-melty-cheesy roll with the deep-fried crunch was perfection! I pass this place almost daily. They seem to be the only Chinese restaurant in the immediate area that offers them. They are must have!!

“We live 3 miles from the Happy Garden. I go there, pick out our two dishes on their menu, pick it up and drive home all under 1/2 hr. Consistently good food. Always eat half for dinner and half for lunch the next day. $12 per person for each dish plus white rice. I always get hot & spicy chicken, my wife gets chicken with mixed vegetables.“

I don't understand why people feel entitled to leave a 1 star review over a small dilemma. This place deserves so much more credit.“
