“During our stay at the Skytop Lodge we had two breakfasts and two dinners in the Windsor room. One breakfast was on the weekend and was a buffet, one we ordered from the menu. Both were great. The buffet was much above average. We had huevos rancheros, potatoes, sausage, smoked salmon, and fresh fruit. The morning we ordered from the menu we had the caprese omelet and the South porch breakfast. The omelet was a little over cooked, but that’s being picky. The flavors were well balanced. For dinners we had the duck duo, pork prime rib, rack of elk, and short rib pappardelle. Words cannot describe how these meals were prepared, the flavors, fats, acids, and spices were all balanced and the presentations were perfect. For appetizers we had the mussels, bison chorizo crostini, and the crab stuffed mushrooms. Again all of the flavors were outstanding. We had no dishes that we didn’t like.“

“Cute! Little locally owned nook to grab breakfast or brunch. Come early for the best assortment of pastries and baked goods.
Seating is for small parties so a definite good idea to call ahead with parties bigger than four or five.
They have an ice cream window to get a quick treat If you don't want to sit inside.
Menu is pretty flexible and there seems to be something for everyone.
I'll definitely be by again.

Vegetarian options: Many pastries to choose from hey Samantha. Breakfast sandwiches can be modified. Tons of different bagels with different flavor cream cheese is heavenly.

Parking: Large lot to the side and in front of the building. Plenty of parking even during the busy season.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid-friendly options and things kids will eat like fruit and pastries and bagels.“

The soup was excellent, and the fries were amazing. I watched my mom who picks at food eat almost her whole plate of salad. Highly recommend! Clean, professional, and great service!“

“The Frogtown Chophouse was a nice, little establishment that we discovered in the Poconos. It’s only a few minutes away from Mt Airy Casino Resort. The food & drinks were good, especially the crab cake dinner. Our server was also very personable. The dark chocolate sea salt frogs were a cute touch for after dinner. 🐸“

“We’ve been customers here for several years during summer visits to the area. Recently purchased a home nearby and go here often now. Have never had a bad meal and almost always have leftovers. Nothing else like it on the lake. Can’t understand why this place doesn’t have a line out the door every night! Extensive menu, always good specials that change often and the staff are great!“

“It was a wonderful experience, but there was a wait and there were tables open. From what I could see there were only 3 wait staff. When asked the waitress why so many tables open and people waiting, she replied "problems in the kitchen, coffee maker not working". It's sad because the people who were working did a wonderful job. I think administrations needs to look into making this a more functional working place for workers and customers.“
