I read so many poor reviews of this place but my experience was just delightful. Out of 9 of our meals only one person wasn’t satisfied claiming their penne alla vodka lacked flavor. I tried it and it did need some more vodka, red pepper, and probably oregano and basil. I had a halibut that was perfectly cooked and served in a creamy buttery sauce, really quite splendid. The place is GORGEOUS. Decorated nicely for the holidays as well. The staff was great overall, with server Anthony was extremely nice and the management taking the time to talk to us about the renovations and experience there. The food was delicious. We had a mountain of calamari and the braised short ribs. Will absolutely book here the next time we stay at Skytop.
