“My Uncle asked me to order a few catered items for my dad's memorial on 7/22 that he graciously paid for. I chose Carrazza's mainly because it's local. We ordered F/T's of baked ziti, meatballs, chicken marsala and green beans. I could not believe I had a minimum of 8 guests rave about their meatballs, all asking if I had made them. My sisters both received compliments as well. I heard 'these meatballs are the best I ever had', 'they are fantastic', 'get me the recipe' and 'I hope you don't think I am a pig but I gotta grab some more of these delicious meatballs'. All of the food we ordered was delicious, but I have to say... I am considering ordering a tray of meatballs to freeze in meal sized portions for my husband and I.
