“A good starbucks for the most part ! The people working are pretty friendly and do their job as fast as they can despite how busy it gets and usually do their job pretty well. A lot of merch here as well and the drinks always taste amazing. My only complaint would be is that a few times my order has gotten messed up but not all the time, and I do understand because that has really only been the times where they have been super busy where the line is almost to the door. I recommend going to this starbucks when it’s not too busy but still a good amount of people are there. Also, to the workers, you are amazing ! ! Dealing with that many customers seems like a hard job, but thankyou for serving us here at SRU :)“

“Beans is one of my absolute favorite coffee shops and has been a regular stop for me since I attended GCC. It’s not just the delightful coffee, tasty pastries, and delicious breakfast sandwiches that make Beans a must-stop, it’s the comfortable and cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. It’s a good place to stop in for a while, though you can just order your coffee and go. Often you’ll find families stopping in for a treat, groups of friends hanging out, and individuals working or reading (and of course college students when GCC is in session). I’ve brought my laptop and worked at Beans before because it’s a good space to change up my routine while still being able to get a lot of stuff done and enjoy a nice coffee. You can bring your own mug and get $1 off, they have a seasonal menu (the sweet maple bliss latte in the fall is my absolute favorite- made with real maple syrup!), and they offer other drink options like lemonades and teas for non-coffee drinkers. I enjoy getting berry scones and breakfast sandwiches sometimes too, and they have their pastries in a display case to help you make your decision. It’s within walking distance of the college, so a nice place to refresh as a student, and my experience as a student has me stopping whenever I can after graduation, even though I live an hour away now. It’s just homey in a lot of ways, and they offer quality products at good prices. I really love Beans and would highly recommend it!“

“I had gotten a gift card for Christmas for here and I tried to use it about 4 months ago and the young lady couldn’t get it to work, so I naturally just paid for the donuts. I went back to the area today and decided to try again. For some reason , it still didn’t work. I explained that I had had the same thing happen a few months ago, she said let me just take care of it for you then and apologized. She definitely made a frustrating experience just a bit easier to deal with. Thank you so much! We love your donuts and don’t live close by, so when we are near, we try to stop. We will still come back, just not with a gift card. Lol“

“I love the avacado and roasted tomato toast. The staff is very friendly. The problem is the toast. It's not toast it's bread. Even when I ask (which is every time)for it to be extra toasty or dark I still get bread. One time the person taking my order actually marked the ticket "dark" and I got toast. Why after so many times (I get this 2or 3 times a week from this location)can they not get it right. I hope a manger reads these reviews and tried to rectify the problem. Toast is toast not bread.“

The food was great, not greasy, fresh and hot, properly salted fries, root beer actually had carbonation, bathrooms and tables were clean. Service members were friendly and prompt as well.

10/10 want McDonald’s workers like this in my town.“
