“Visited this Subway location on the Sunday after Thanksgiving break around lunchtime (November 26th). A single employee was working and despite him handling everything himself (making sandwiches, drive through, cash register, etc.), he maintained the most professional demeanor. He exhibited exceptional customer service skills, apologized for the wait and really showed that he cared. Candidly, wasn't expecting such great service at a random Subway during our 13 hour drive but really pleased we visited this location. Whoever the owner is, this young man is a compliment to your franchise and I hope you take good care of him.“
“My dog and I stopped for a quick lunch. Food was good, I bought a regular meal for myself and a kid meal for my dog. We swapped drinks she drank the water I drank the chocolate milk, she helped eat the chips and she wasn't allowed to have the cookie, due to the chocolate chips. She loved her turkey sub! She downed it and wanted my chicken sub. The sub I bought was really good and she liked part of that sub too. They seemed nice as in customer service.“
“Im in Philly and my kid goes to Pitt. So Ive made the turnpike drive 10x. I love this wierd little location at the Johnstown exit, and have hit it for road lunch 5x. In a pothole-filled lot next to the toll stiles (left at 1st light, left at the fence) Food is as good as subway gets. Fresh. Servers are polite and accomodating. I guess Im the profile why they stay in business. Although the fellow clientele has at times been, um, interesting. In a good way. Def stop by if you need tummy fuel!“
