“So my food was great, the store was very clean, and I had the coolest experience while i was eating. a gentleman I can only assume was a/the manager was interviewing a young lady, and was so excited to offer her a position that he was dancing as he walked away from the interview, telling another person here that they hired another 4-11..... and quite honestly, it made my day. I'm gonna go get more food myself!!!“

“The food is delicious! Very fresh and flavorful. The owner, Mechelle made a special grilled fish filet and vegetable dish for me. So, so good! Can’t wait to go back for the tacos and the ceviche. Oh, and did I tell you how good the guacamole is? It is really good!“

“I've gone several times and can say they have the best Mexican food in the area. It is a little bit more expensive than most Mexican restaurants, but you can tell the food is made to order and the ingredients are fresh. Worth every penny!“

“THIS is the place to get tacos and other authentic Mexican food! Taco Tuesday is our go-to for dinner on Tues nights. We love spicy food so the spicy level is fine for us but you can ask for anything on the side if you have spice sensitivities. They also cater if you need! Support local businesses (and ones run by minorities!). Especially this one...food is so good.“

“Little disappointed in our delivery order. Arrived cold, no tortillas with the fajitas, no birra dip with the tacos. Taste was good for what we order. Will possibly give another try.“

“If you want a authetic Mexican restaurant that consistently delivers exceptional food and service, then stop by and see David ( Owner) and his staff at Tortugas Mexican Eatery in Collegeville! The standout dish for me is their creamy chipotle chicken. The rich, smoky sauce has just the right amount of spice, perfectly complementing the tender, juicy chicken. It's a dish that I find myself craving again and again. Their crunchy ground beef tacos, flour chicken tortilla, and their chicken burrito, are favorites of mine as well! The refried beans and rice served here are the perfect accompaniment to any dish! Beyond the food, the service at this restaurant is top-notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. They go out of their way to ensure that every dining experience is memorable, making it a place I love to return to time and time again! Overall, this restaurant offers an authentic taste of Mexican cuisine with dishes that are consistently delicious and service that makes you feel right at home. It’s a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a true Mexican dining experience!“

“Only gave three stars for Atmosphere because I did take out but it looks nice inside. Food was ready pretty quickly. Burritos are very large. I had the shrimp fajitas which I though was very good. I want to try it again when the weather is warm. There is indoor seating with a fireplace and there is outdoor seating in a nice patio surrounded by plants.“

“Great food, the best Mexican dishes I have had in many years. The meal started with fresh chips with beans that we couldn't stop munching. I ordered molcajete mixto (not a regular menu item) and it was fantastic! My daughter got a lengua burrito and she said it was terrific. We also had agua fresca and finished off the meal with tres leches. Everything was top notch. Prices were reasonable and the portion size was just right for a big eater like me. We will be going back soon and bringing friends with us. Highly recommended. They also have a store attached that carried a lot of hard to find Mexican style meal ingredients and other goods. The shop/restaurant combo reminded me of Cracker Barrel. 🤓 The decor is festive!“

“Just had an amazing authentic Mexican Lunch at Tijuana Tacos on 309 in Quakertown. I had the chicken flautas, my husband had their Birria Tacos. The consomme was on point!!! Both were exceptionally well prepared. They give free fresh tortilla chips with beans and queso fresco crumbles right as you sit down. They offer a really nice menu selection and the service was quick and personable! 5 stars!“

“Title: A Culinary Masterpiece: The Unforgettable Chicharrón ExperienceRating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐In the world of gastronomic delights, there are few experiences that truly transcend the ordinary, and the chicharrón at Chechorón does just that. This dish isn't merely food; it's a culinary masterpiece, a testament to the incredible skill and passion behind its creation. From the very first bite, it's clear that this chicharrón is in a league of its own. The outer layer is exquisitely crispy, providing a satisfying crunch that is the hallmark of perfectly prepared chicharrón. But it's not just the texture that astonishes; it's the depth of flavors that unfold with each bite. There's a delicate balance of savory and just the right hint of spice, creating a symphony of tastes that dance on the palate. The meat itself is a revelation. Tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, it speaks volumes of the expertise and care that goes into its preparation. Each piece is a harmonious blend of flavors, so rich and succulent that it practically melts in your mouth, leaving a lingering taste that beckons you back for more. What makes this chicharrón truly stand out is the way it encapsulates the essence of its origins while bringing something entirely new to the table. It respects the traditional preparation methods, yet there's an innovative touch that elevates it to a modern culinary marvel. It's clear that the chef has not only mastered the art of cooking chicharrón but has also poured their heart and soul into every aspect of its creation.

“Kendra has waited on my wife and I almost every visit. She’s pleasant, cheerful and always ready to help.
I own my own business and I can tell you one thing, an employee who treats your customers as if the place was theirs is priceless and hard to find.
I hope management recognizes this and takes care of an employee like this because she is what keeps customers (profit) returning to your establishment.“

“Went here so my old bag could get a 12 pack of soft tacos for the kiddos for dinner. Every one of those things looked like they were stepped on with a boot. I think my phone was twice as thick as these things. They gotta lotta Taco Balls calling these things tacos. I've gotten more meat in an 8 day old "Beefy Jalapeno Cheese Taquito" off the greezy rollers at Sev. Mr. Bell needs to seriously up the size of those Patented Brick Pointing Beef Trowels™ y'all be usin' to consistently distribute that horsemeat slurry so evenly into those rice paper tortillas with such pinpoint accuracy and robotic lightning quick efficiency. I ate like 11 on the drive home. Those things are Mexican crack pipes. But for real though... Throw some meat on them danged things. And put the sauces back out on the counters by the drink machine. I put at least 5 or 6 packs on each one. Gotta fill up on the condiments out this Bell. I don't care where the meat comes from. I don't care what animal it comes from. (It is an animal, right?) I just need a little more. Daddy needs his medicine. Also, we ordered two large Electric Zapped Slushie things they got, even though they seemed egregiously overpriced, and the things come out in skinny a$$ 14 oz. cups with a three finger gap of empty real estate up top. That's the large? I'm sorry. I thought this was America. I like my slush based beverages like I like my trim...bustin' out & drippin'. Get that old a$$ Chihuahua to fetch y'all some damn dome lids, too. It's 2023, folks. I still love you. But I don't know if I'm "IN LOVE" with you anymore. Who daphunq am I kidding? See y'all tomorrow. It does come from an animal, right? Right? Four legs or two? Gimme a hint. Is the animal endangered, or almost extinct? I'm not gonna stop eating it.
