The food tastes so bad, I don’t know why it felt so different, cold. When I called the restaurant to let them know, they totally ignored me. Never buying from this place again.
Don’t use card to pay they charge an extra fee
Did not listen to our special request either, they also don’t put cheese all the way to the crust either
One of my favs!
I used to work there, used to eat pizza for lunch almost every day, never got tired of it,was in neighborhood other day at brewery, stopped in get pizza, was very good, just as it used to be
This reminds me of the pizza I used to eat way back in the day. It's a better version of the good pizza hut from the 90s.
I absolutely love the strawberry walnut chicken salad!! My 3 year old loves the fries and hamburger. I tried the hamburger and it’s incredibly tasty! Not a fan of the atmosphere or plastic utensils, but I love the food and service is always welcoming and helpful!
I can’t get enough of their pizza! We get it for every craft night!

I am very disappointed in the food I just received. First of all it arrived cold so I had to heat it up. Then we sit down to finally eat the pizza and it was so flimsy there was barely any dough to the pizza and no I did not order thin pizza. The cheese was not like your usual good quality mozzarella cheese for margherita pizza. It seemed like it was pre packaged cheap cheese. So basically we were eating sauce for dinner. Then we get to our dessert and I ordered a slice of cheese cake and my husband got a chocolate mousse. My husband’s was cold and my cheese cake was warm and looked plastic and tasted sour like it was left sitting out. I’m so disappointed and not to mention still hungry because we barely ate the pizza! The only thing that was okay was the garlic knots and my husband’s chocolate mousse. So now that’s $51 down the drain and we will have to get something else for dinner. I wish I could share a picture to show how thin the pizza was and how the cheese cake looked.

Stopped on my way up the turnpike and was pleasantly surprised. Staff is very friendly, especially since I came in around closing time. Had the Pizza Chicken cheesesteak and loved it!

New Station has quickly become one of our go-to spots, and it’s easy to see why. Every time we visit, the food is consistently delicious, with a menu that offers a great variety of options, each dish clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. From the moment we walk in, we’re greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The servers are not only attentive but also incredibly friendly, always checking in to make sure everything is to our liking without being intrusive. They’re knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions and accommodating any special requests with ease. Whether it’s our first visit or our tenth, the staff treats us like valued regulars. It’s this level of personal service that keeps us coming back time and time again. We always leave feeling satisfied, knowing we’ve had a great meal and a wonderful experience.

Very friendly, generous, and thoughtful: they remember our preferences!
Been going to both locations (Souderton & Lansdale) for years and my wife and I believe that this is the best pizza in the area.

We have been ordering pizza and wings from New Station for years and really enjoyed it. Tonight our wings were okay but the pizza was bad. Not cold like it had been sitting for a while, cold like it was frozen and thawed but not cooked -- like one of those Bake at Home pies you can get at the grocery store. It was weird and very disappointing.

You are clearly not Italian or did not follow Grandma's recipe. Sugar is used to offset the acidity, not to get your clientele hooked on crack. Take 70% off or give it up. I wasn't a diabetic, but I might be now.
