Used DOORDASH to place an order for my family for dinner. Order randomly canceled through the app without explanation about an hour later. I figured it may have been an accident so I placed the order again through the DOORDASH app. 30 min later, cancelled again!!Decided to call the store and find out what’s going on…the person I spoke with said the issue was that they no longer do business with DOORDASH, and I could order through a different delivery app as they don’t deliver...read full review
I ordered a large pizza. It seemed to be medium.I asked for half beef and half sausage and extra cheese. I got half beef and that was it!I ordered stuffed crust. Did not get it.The crust was very soggy.Yet, they charged me the full price for the order even though half thethings were missing. The employees spoke very poor English, so I couldhardly discuss the problems with them.I will never go to the Souderton Papa John's again!!!

I just bought an extra cheese Alfredo pizza from this Souderton pizza. The pizza was not done. This is not a traditional extra cheese Alfredo pizza. I am a regular customer for papa John for several years. I never had such a bad product and not properly cooked. And the pizza is too thin and undercooked.
