Hey Joe I hope you get a chance to read this. I’m a big fan of your place, always love the food, but today, 7/14, was the first time I was disappointed. The burger ended up being soggy and fell apart and the milkshake was more of just cold chocolate milk. It was 2 new people in there tonight, not sure if maybe they need some more training, or just some more pride in their work. But hopefully, next time it will be back to the usual wonderful experience.
Edit: Joe reached out to me and offered to make it right, and to me that really shows the care and dedication to his business, and I will absolutely keep coming back for more. You know, mistakes happen, and that’s life, you just gotta move past it. Overall still a great place and I highly recommend to anyone looking to get a burger in the surrounding area.

These guys make good burgers, my only issue is that there's never enough sauce or condiments with the burger which leave it feeling kind of dry or empty almost. milkshakes are amazing keep those up!

The food is good quality, but a deterrent to me is a place that kicks you out before they even close. I was practically born in the drive-in business, and we always, ALWAYS, served customers til closing time, sometimes even a minute or two after if the grill or fryers weren't yet turned off. And we certainly never kicked patrons out of the dining room at closing. At this shop, before 9:00 even struck, we were told they close at 9:00 and we couldn't sit at the tables. Counter staff took our order, but had no interest further than that. They did the job, but no niceties. We'll be back on occasion, thanks to the food quality.

Devoured the burger before I could take a picture. This place is hands down the best burger for 20 miles in any direction. Price is perfect and atmosphere is very clean and cozy.
