The lobster was incredibly fresh, perfectly sweet, and generously portioned. The roll itself was just the right texture—soft and slightly toasted—and let the quality of the lobster shine. “Haven’t purchased in a while due to increase in cost, but I used a promotion this time. Disappointed in cost increase & lack of filling containers completely. My soup is typically only 2/3-3/4 filled. Please ensure employees fill containers.“

“I've been here tons of times and a couple times have had a few issues, always rectified though. Yes it's really busy at lunch time. I just got back from having breakfast there with my 9 month old and the lady who served us was fantastic. Wish I caught her name. Not only did she see I had my hands full so she brought everything to my table for me but she also realized I left my latte when I was leaving and ran it out to me as I was getting in my car. Great customer service today from this lady!“

“I was very upset with your store the other night. Having two managers on , not caring about anything. Talking about their life’s when making food. The salad was the worst I have ever had and also my daughter got soup and it was all Broth. Like really. I will never go back to them. Never.“

“A friend and I asked if we could do a photoshoot for school here, and they were so nice about it. They even turned the sign on for us! I got the veggie lomaine and my friend got the beef mi fun and we devoured it after the shoot. Amazing food and amazing service. would recommend!“
