50 Best Pizza Restaurants near Spring House

“My husband and I have been loyal customers to this Tony Roni‘s for years, Tony Roni’s is so good that we drive from Glenside to this particular Tony Roni‘s in Spring House for many reasons. The food is extremely good, and extremely fresh. We have had salads we’ve had pasta dishes, and we’ve had pizza in particular lately. We like to get their cheesesteaks
they are extremely large fair portion and the beef is delicious. I did note the last time that they had made a change in the beef and they told me it was the ribeye beef, but I preferred the older, traditional beef. I thought it was more tender and they kept it so that you have a choice of both ribeye and the traditional, tender beef. I don’t know if anyone else had noticed that. In my opinion, the traditional beef is more tender.
But I appreciate the courtesy and personal service that Louis the manager remembered me and said we have the traditional beef as well! I thought that was excellent, I guess you can see why my husband and I when we have the urge for good Italian food or pizza and cheesesteak. We take the trip over to Spring House..

“Besides the food being absolutely amazing, like outstanding, they have wonderful employees who you can tell work extremely hard and build rapport with their customers. You never see a single employee standing around or on their phones. They are helpful and accommodating. When you get a slice, they’ll even grate fresh cheese on it. This place is a gem.“

“What an amazing surprise!! We called EVERYWHERE in Doylestown trying to get prices to cater a backyard wedding of over 70. We called Giovanni‘s on state the week of our wedding and they were not only able to accommodate, but they were the easiest to work with and the most affordable. Then to our surprise the food was phenomenal. Not a single complaint other than I should have ordered more meatballs and chicken cutlets. The BEST in town. We’ll be back!“

We ordered Peppino's famous tomato pie, the upside down pizza loaded with fresh toppings, Peppino's awesome Italian hoagie and a juicy Roast Pork sandwich. Every bite was delicious. “I met Marcello and Kiley the week before and New Hope and they invited us to come and have dinner this weekend. We went on Friday and had the back room basically to ourselves there was 10 of us. The food service was outstanding! Came and spoke with us several times, the chef came out, and said hello, our waitress Heather was absolutely incredible so efficient, and yet so loving! we were spoiled rotten! Everyone took home so much food because the portions were enormous. The prices were totally reasonable. I highly recommend the Sunday sauce unlike any spaghetti dinner I’ve ever had in my life, including my trips to Italy.! Thank you, Heather, Pablo, and especially Marcello!“

“Stopped in for lunch expecting to grab a couple of slices, but learned they don't serve by the slice—so I went with a personal pie instead. The pizza was solid: plenty of cheese, good sauce, and a nice balance overall. Staff was friendly. I’ll consider trying one of their sandwiches next time I stop by, they look good. Solid lunch spot.“

“So my dad was born in 1959. He grew up in north wales, I did not. I was born and raised in southern delaware. My dad would bring me up to north wales as a child when he was a single parent and he would ride me all around and show me all types of things. One of the mandatory stops though was always Tony’s pizza, not only was the pizza/food absolutely amazing, you could tell they had been doing it right for a long time, but my dad had not lived in pa for nearly 2 decades and he could walk into this place and they would not only recognize him, they would come from behind the counters, hug/hand shake with him, sometimes even sit down and chat with us for a moment at our table. This is a down to earth, family oriented, pizza joint that does what they do best… FOOD & HOSPITALITY!!! Thanks for always making my dad’s day when we would walk into your shop. “This restaurant has a really nice atmosphere - good food and friendly staff. Reasonable prices and good parking and location. Our regular waitress does a fantastic job. Recently, there is an additional waitress who clears the table while you’re still eating which is disruptive. She kept coming over to our table even though our regular waitress was already taking care of us.“

“I moved to PA from NYC 20 years ago and had pretty much given up hope of ever finding good NY-style pizza in the area. I just tried the grandma and grandpa style pizzas and they were AMAZING. The crust was thin and crispy, there was a lot of flavorful sauce, and the cheese was gooey. Pizza perfection!“
