“Great pizza with reasonable prices“

“Have been twice so far. I recommend ordering to pick up online. It’ll be way quicker than in person. So far I’ve tried their cheesesteak, chicken cheesesteak, grandma pizza, and vodka chicken pie. I love that their portion of steak and chicken is hefty and that their bread is fresh, it makes them so worth the drive.“

“I forgot just how far Maple Glen is from Wilmington, DE! 😂 But I’m still a big fan of Wissahickon Brewing Co.
I ordered the Cod Sandwich and four different beers in 4-ounce pours. The beers? All flavorful. The Lil’ Shandy was my favorite—and honestly, it may have just become my summer beer. 🍺
The food was a little more complicated.
The cod itself was good, and paying $1 to upgrade to sweet potato fries was absolutely worth it. But the roll was way too big and bready. I was really looking forward to the garlic spinach, but it had very little flavor. And the mayo-esque spread mostly added mess without adding much flavor.
The bartender recommended the Tuna.
I should have listened. 😂
Still, four flavorful beers, sweet potato fries, and a Lil’ Shandy made this a worthwhile stop. I’ll definitely be back to Wissahickon Brewing Co.—next time, I’m ordering the Tuna!“

“I was looking for a good place to eat pizza in Doleystown & I stopped at Giovanni on State & the pizza slices were fresh, loaded with toppings, and packed with flavor. The garlic knots were soft, buttery, and absolutely delicious with the marinara sauce. Everything tasted fresh and was served quickly. Great portion sizes, friendly service, and a perfect spot when you’re craving quality pizza. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

“It is rare for a brewpub to have vegan food, and I echo what others here have said about the quality and options. Owners are vegan and seemingly intend this to be sort of a vegan place with meat options without making it obvious, lol. Most pizzas can be made vegan, and the mushroom one comes drizzled with a black garlic aioli made with vegan mayo (I asked). Their flagship West Coast IPA is to die for. And the roasted broccoli appetizer was divine. Definitely a place to return to many times. The building is a former horse stable attached to a market, and we mistakenly went into the market first, but the pub is actually between the hotel and the market. Plenty of outside seating, not so much inside, so make a reservation. We went for lunch when it was not as busy. Very friendly cool staff. “We ordered takeout for a family gathering and had an outstanding experience. We had dietary restrictions that Peppino's easily and correctly accommodated. The staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered Peppino's famous tomato pie, the upside down pizza loaded with fresh toppings, Peppino's awesome Italian hoagie and a juicy Roast Pork sandwich. Every bite was delicious. I highly recommend Peppino's to anyone searching for great Italian pizza and sandwiches in a welcoming, local shop.“

“Their pizza is delicious, always get a white pie with spinach and mushrooms. Unfortunately their sandwiches are not as consistent. Just ordered three Panini sandwiches. Two veggies and one bruschetta. The bruschetta was as ordered and very good. We only received one veggie Panini and got some other grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato?? Also the veggie Panini on their menu and online says grilled eggplant, instead it was two large fried pieces of eggplant on each half. Very generous sandwich but couldn’t eat most of it because of the fried eggplant.😫“

“I met Marcello and Kiley the week before and New Hope and they invited us to come and have dinner this weekend. We went on Friday and had the back room basically to ourselves there was 10 of us. The food service was outstanding! Came and spoke with us several times, the chef came out, and said hello, our waitress Heather was absolutely incredible so efficient, and yet so loving! we were spoiled rotten! Everyone took home so much food because the portions were enormous. The prices were totally reasonable. “If you are in the vicinity and are looking for a quick bite something inexpensive, do check out Dolce Pizza 🍕, especially if you are coming out the movie theaters at night, or getting your nails done, or shopping. The Pizza is really good, not to much sauce enough cheese, the fries are nice and hot. I bought this box for under 8 dollars plus tax. They do have a nice selection of food options.“

“We have found our new favorite spot! Sat outside in CHBC’s fantastic beer garden on a beautiful Saturday early evening. The Biergarten was spacious and had a great vibe and very friendly servers. Don’t forget to bring your canine best friend to this dog friendly spot. While we didn't bring a dog of our own, we loved interacting with everyone else's four-legged friends.

The food, service, and drink selection are all impressive and on point. As someone who only consumes plant-based meals, I was thrilled to find so many amazing vegan options on the menu. The vegan cheesesteak, falafel burger, and chickpea tinga nachos are all delicious and highly recommended, but they also have equally delicious options for carnivores that looked really good. We cannot wait to come back and try the pizza next time.

For drinks, I ordered non-alcoholic beer, but as a beer enthusiast at a brewery, I couldn't help but notice the impressive body, clarity, and color of the house beers being served around us. My dad would bring me up to north wales as a child when he was a single parent and he would ride me all around and show me all types of things. One of the mandatory stops though was always Tony’s pizza, not only was the pizza/food absolutely amazing, you could tell they had been doing it right for a long time, but my dad had not lived in pa for nearly 2 decades and he could walk into this place and they would not only recognize him, they would come from behind the counters, hug/hand shake with him, sometimes even sit down and chat with us for a moment at our table. This is a down to earth, family oriented, pizza joint that does what they do best… FOOD & HOSPITALITY!!! Thanks for always making my dad’s day when we would walk into your shop. “Select is a very nice addition to Warrington. I've visited three tines; twice with my husband who loves the chicken tenders and shrimp and lobster bisque, and with friends. I enjoyed the pancakes and my friends enjoyed the fried chicken and waffles. The food has been consistently flavorful. I ordered the rice bowl with salmon. The portion size was generous, but the salmon was a bit overcooked. The cocktails are varied and absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. The servers have been friendly and attentive. I enjoy the Cage (bar area). It's a fun and cozy atmosphere for adults. I plan to return, soon. I love the place!“

“We used Ambler Pizza to cater our wedding for 180 guests, and from ordering through delivery, Nick took so much of the stress off our plate.
Nick helped us plan a fabulous menu.
He even split the delivery so the cold items arrived first and the hot food came right on time. The delivery driver was on point, everything was organized, and most importantly, the food arrived hot and delicious.
We had Chicken Francese that practically melted in your mouth, Penne Rosa with a gluten-free option, Caesar salad, and party trays to complement our charcuterie table. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and absolutely delicious.
They even provided take-home containers for our guests, which was such a nice touch and our guests loved being able to take some delicious food home with them.
Catering 180 people is no small job, and Ambler Pizza made the entire process easy from start to finish. We couldn’t have been happier with the food or service and would absolutely recommend them for a party, wedding, or large event.“
