“I used to frequent Altomeo’s pizza in Wayne, PA a long time ago as it was near my office. When I first started going, I noticed lots of people ordering tomato pie. I never understood why anyone for opt for pizza WITHOUT cheese…until I tried it. Their tomato was amazing. My girlfriend’s family are from Italy and make their own sauce from fresh plum tomatoes. They loved it, too. Eventually, my office moved and when I went back to get a pizza, Altomeo’s was gone! I was devastated. I tried to find out if they moved to no avail. Fast forward to 2023 and I was determined to find out what happened. I stumbled across an article mentioning that Tony Roni’s is their new place. I stopped in and wasn’t disappointed. The crust of the new tomato pie seems thinner than I remember (but I could be wrong). This is addressed by getting a Sicilian pizza with extra plum tomato sauce and no cheese…PERFECT! I frequently order from here even though they are not near me. The staff is always friendly and their other pizzas are good, too, especially the BBQ chicken pizza. But, you HAVE to try the tomato pie. ?“

“Let me tell you I had the best experience at Chestnut Hill Brewing Company. I had my rehearsal lunch there for a large wedding party of 18. Alex Prost helped me from the beginning of this process to the end. He was friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. He went out of his way to correct an issue with our order and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. The food was delicious and my party had a wonderful time! “I want to offer some feedback to your staff. Dining there with a friend on May 9th, I found the meal to be very good with a couple of slips. My friend's aspargus salad and cod were excellent. The mousse au chocolat was fine. However, two items I chose needed some rethinking: the pastry for the vol au vent and the rabbit. The pastry had melted into the snail and their excellent sauce; it was hard to find. The first of many I ate many years ago, the first in Tunis, was tasty and stood a firm 3" high filled with the farce. Perhaps assembly is the issue. The rabbit was the second. The meat was dry; the sauce had not infused into the flesh. Perhaps a longer low/slow cook time. Perhaps when getting a reservation, you could ask the customer what they were thinking of choosing. If it were rabbit, you would know the order in advance and prepare more slowly. Duck fat might be a good liquid to brown the rabbit. I had not dined at Spring Mill Cafe' since the mid-90s. Perhaps when I dine there again, you will have the b'stilla on the menu. Thank you for this opportunity. PJM“

“Arrived on a Monday around 11:50am and we were the first ones there. The waiter was attentive and quick with his service. The samosas tasted fresh and delicious; the mint chutney seemed house made and extra special compared to other ones I've had.

The bindhi masala was perfectly cooked - loved the texture of the okra. One of my all time favorite dishes and I highly recommend it.

The chana masala was also delicious. The chickpeas were soft and not too salty.

How could I forget the garlic naan! Such a delicious highlight.

The restaurant is part of a large square so parking is free and easy to find.

I will note the prices are a little higher than other Indian restaurants I've been to recently but the superior flavors, the affordability of the vegetarian dishes, more than made up for it.
