“My in-laws Jeannette and John Smoll used to go there at least monthly back in the early 90’s. They got to know the owners and became good friends, so much so that my wife and I were married at Christ Luthern Church a few doors away just so we could all walk over to the Springtown Inn afterwards for our reception dinner. The food and atmosphere were just perfect. We completely forgot to get a cake so they baked one right on the spot. There’s much more to the story, but they made our wedding day a most cherished memory. In fact, today is our 34th wedding anniversary, July 27, 1991. We don’t live in the area so I was very happy to see that you are still in business after all these years. I hope we can get back there one day!“

“Be warned, portions aren’t exactly big and the place is expensive but the food is good. Really nice bar and a cool interior. I think the standout here are the cocktails. They have very good bartenders because they’re the best I’ve had in Easton to this point. Service is good, all servers are very attentive but not all over you.“

“My husband and I have been regulars since they opened. We lived in Philly for 45 years, enjoying Indian food there, as well as NY and London. Green Chili is 10/10+ each and every time! We are thrilled to have this restaurant close by, as excellent ethnic foods are impossible to find up this way. The owners are dedicated to to their craft and customers. We highly recommend Green Chili. They opened another store a few doors down, with desserts and snacks - we will be trying the Kulfi ice cream tonight. We have loved everything we ordered and still so many more dishes to try. We almost always do take-out. Be patient when placing your order....they are busy!!“

“I was floored seeing only 92% of people would recommend Mitzi’s. That other 8% can, well, you know. We love Mary, Nikki, and Tasha. They take great care of us and treat you like you are part of the family. We have been going here for a few years and have been going weekly for the last few months. I look forward to it every Saturday morning. The PANCAKES NEVER DISAPPOINT! Whether it’s the standing Nanner Nutter Pancakes or their seasonal Pumpkin Pancakes, I am always a happy camper. Their bacon is amazing. I’m not a sausage person, but my husband loves it (and it’s made in house). When we went to Canada this summer, I wanted to find a cute little place like Mitzi’s except it didn’t exist. Then I wanted to open one there. lol. It can be a slower paced atmosphere, so if you are on a schedule, allow extra time, but I promise, it is worth every second. Everything done at Mitzi’s is done with LOVE. Don’t forget to order the beignets!“

“I have been ordering from Ray's for over twenty years, from way back when they were located on Pennsylvania Ave. The service is always great and the order is always ready on time. Some of my favorites over the years are the cheessteak stromboli, sausage rolls, steak sandwiches and of course the famous pizza! The food is always tasty and freshly made! “We've passed the place when visiting Lehigh U, but was never able to stop in until the other day.
So glad we did, because I've been to dozens of breweries and these guys know what they're doing.
Great atmosphere, good talk, servers that know what they're talking about, and of course good beer.
Parking is touch and go as it is for the whole area, but don't let that stop you.

“My favorite Thai restaurant ever! The atmosphere is enchanting. You feel like you're walking into a tropical rainforest. The calamari was the best I've ever had. It was tender and not over seasoned so I could taste the calamari instead of a lot of spice. The Masaman Curry was delicious! Very generous portion. I took half home to enjoy tomorrow. The servers were attentive and courteous. Overall a superb experience.“

“After a disastrous trek with our kids to the Crayola MisManagement Experience, we were at our wits end. Tempers were short. Patience worn thin. And our appetites were monstrous. I was frantically scouring our path home for an easy detour with drive-thru. Slim pickin's. And then, like a beacon in the fog, we saw Vassi's. It had a ridiculously high rating on Google, and we could order ahead. Boom. Done. And let me tell you, I am not at all exaggerating when I say that I would absolutely drive up there again just to have another gyro with fries, or try the burgers, which my husband and daughter confirmed were great. And absolutely would have to try the milkshakes, because they looked fantastic. Driving home in rush-hour traffic was much more tolerable with full stomachs and happy tastebuds.“

“My review is a little mixed but overall more positive than negative. The atmosphere is great and everything was very comfortable and clean. The waitstaff were amazing and very friendly. My partner and I went for apps and drinks and the food was really good! We had the poblano chicken dip and the pierogis with short ribs and both were excellent!!! My only negative were the drinks. I had the “Apple Bottom Jeans” rum cocktail and it was a play on an Apple mule but what I got was a massive mouthful of grated ginger and lime. It was really unpleasant. My boyfriend got the “Are We There Yeti” which is bourbon based but it was so sour from the lemon that we couldn’t taste any of the vanilla maple bourbon flavor. Each drink was $15 and for that price, I would hope for really balanced drinks. I would go back, definitely for the food but I’ll be really cautious about getting any drinks that have strong flavors like lemon or ginger.“

Servers did not clear first item of butter plate and bread baskets off table whole night. Never ask if everything ok with dinner, did not refill water, coffee or tea. Had to go to bar to get water. Mignon a bit tuff and expected better than simple green beans and little red potatoes. Better meal at other steak houses. Atmosphere good because we brought our own decorations.“
