“Wow this place is good, the attention to detail was incredible. I have been to a lot of restaurants and this one is number one. We were out celebrating our anniversary and we mentioned this our waitress Janelle went out of her way to make our experience amazing. She added flowers to our table, gave us a special dessert, and gave my wife a flower. My wife had the fillet with parmesan crust and I had a lobster tail along with the corn and au gratin potatoes and we have not had a better meal than this one. The manager came over to check on us and to pour my wine. Janelle, Alex and everyone else we cannot thank you enough. We highly recommend this place.”

“I’m the mailman for Lo Piccolo’s. Chris and Anthony are top notch professionals! I’ve never had anything I didn’t like from there. Delicious Pizza is just the beginning. Their hoagies are delicious as well, seeded or unseeded rolls. But my favorite as I’m just finishing one is their cheesesteak! Extra cooper sharp with long hots, ketchup, and mayo! The best I’ve ever had! And I’ve had a lot of cheesesteaks! Enjoy!!”

“Came here on a super busy Friday and was able to walk out with their large cheese steak. 10/10 zero regrets getting this goliath of a sandwich. Best cheese steak I've had in a long time. The sesame seeded roll takes it to another level. Cooper sharp cheese was the perfect amount as well. I need to try their pizza next time but would recommend ordering ahead if possible since the wait was around 2 hours for pizza when I went at 6 pm on a Friday.”

“Indian food is plentiful in and around Philadelphia, and Srinagar has the unique claim to being very, very affordable compared to most Indian food of its quality. I had the Srinagar special lamb, it was good, i ordered it spicy and the spice was great but not overwhelming. the flavor and texture of the curry was great and meat was of good quality. I’ve also had the korma from here and I can see it’s just as up to par. The papri chaat was excellent and the samosa wrapping was crispy. service was good and friendly, not blow you away good but it doesn’t have to be in such a casual spot. most importantly very friendly! I would recommend this place if you are looking for very good Indian food but don’t want to spend a ton. Definitely worth visiting”

“Tonight was not our first time visiting this restaurant but it was our first night in the new location. We came for our 5 year wedding anniversary and I have to say… I AM BLOWN AWAY. We were only able to book an online reservation for 9pm but put in the booking notes that we would prefer something earlier if they had anything. Someone called THIS MORNING and bumped up our reservation to 7:15pm!! We told them it was our anniversary and we walked into a candle lit table with rose petals and a card, with a rose for me! Not only am I small business so I know how important reviews and word of mouth are, but I previously worked in the food industry. Food was great, drinks were delicious, staff was extremely attentive. BUT, I have to take a moment to shout out two people specifically. Jamie S was our waiter, he was very transparent with us letting us know he was on the newer side of working there, but he was knowledgeable, kind, attentive, funny, and so polite! Norman is one of the managers and he was on the floor, interacting with guests (quite honestly ALL the managers were and that is GREAT to see as a customer). Norman stopped to chat with my husband and I for a bit about life and up to date things. It was nice! I made sure to tell him what a GEM he has on his hands with Jamie S and he made sure to give his employee the recognition that he so well deserved! I LOVE the new location. It’s bigger, clean, and very inviting. Everything about tonight made me want to come back again and again! Perfect 5 year anniversary date! Thank you Jamie, Norman, and entire staff❤️”

Gina and her staff are so sweet and friendly, that the “Sweets” of their Sweets on Darby name refers as much to the people as it does to the delightful pastries she bakes.
