Since first trying the amazing beverages here at 7 Brew I have been helped 3 out of the 4 trips by a wonderful employee, Nick, who has continuously offered recommendations and advice about the drinks I get and has such a great knowledge of the menu. I went last evening and had no idea what I was ordering but I told Nick what flavor profile I was going for and I was hooked up with an AMAZING cookie butter blondie and I'm so thankful because it was one of the best iced coffees I've ever had. So thankful for the amazing service and all of the staff there that offer wonderful recommendations each time I go! Thanks Nick!!

Were told to go through the long line TWICE. You aren’t allowed to place two seperate orders in one car. No other 7 brew I’ve been to does this. Should’ve told us before checking out first order.
Everything is great and Nick is the BEST!

Nick is the best! I had such a great experience here!
I waited a long time to try this place because I refused to wait in that line. Finally one day when I had nowhere to be I thought, hey why not. I had the iced brunette coffee and it was incredibly delicious. Absolutely worth the ridiculous wait. I'm now a part of the problem. I've since been back multiple times. The drive through line situation is a nightmare that management definitely needs to be more intentional about because it's a mess for the surrounding businesses, but the staff and drinks are great. Management, PLEASE buy your staff warm winter gear like Chil fil A does for their team. I feel so awful to see them out taking orders in hoodies!
I would get a coffee here everyday !
Gets super busy with a long line but they do try to keep cars moving. Always enjoy the people I talk to, and one girl in particulars always kind and also remembers my dogs and their names and it always makes me feel good to see her. Sorry I've not asked her name but she's soooo nice!

Been here three or four times, I'm a walk up only customer. I really dislike the walk-up experience, they hand you a dirty drink, no napkin no paper towel, no trash can outside, abrasively loud and awful music. The staff are nice but, extremely questionable food safety standards. Working with dirty sleeves, wiping their hands on their bare shirts, no gloves, table dripping drink fluids into ice holder, not using any external ice handle. Sanitizer bucket on the same table as making drinks. That's just the bare minimum, imagine what we CAN'T see. When they opened they intentionally threw menus all around neighboring businesses, basically littering. Had to call to ask them to pick it up yet they played dumb.
It's too bad, they make good drinks but, really questionable business practices.

Very mediocre. It was in a nutshell just okay. This location has the world’s worst traffic management with absolutely no signage indicating how you’re supposed to enter the drive through. The workers were very nice, although I feel bad for them having to stand out in the inclement weather. However, not worth the money I spent. For a medium smooth 7 I spent $6.15 which is honestly ridiculous for a drive through coffee place with absolutely no specialty coffee roasting. The drink also felt very drying in my mouth, perhaps due to the sheer amount of sugar in it. The menu is also impossible to see before the worker is at your window with their iPad pushing you to order, so I would recommend looking up their menu in advance.

Server was cheerful and helpful. I requested a suggestion on an “iced latte” with caramel. Server suggested a blondie with caramel and vanilla. After leaving the drive thru I attempted to insert my straw and the ice was so high in the cup that the straw would not go into the cup.
After jabbing it many times it splashed out on my car seat. Finally I sipped my drink with the straw just touching the top of the drink.
Anywho, after the first sip it was clear this was an iced coffee drink vs a latte with expresso. I was
very disappointed since the cost was not cheap.
Dairy options were never offered.
Music was extremely loud in the drive through.

I haven’t tried Seven Brew Coffee, and I won’t.
The parking and traffic situation they’ve created is flat-out disrespectful. As someone who regularly needs to work and conduct banking at Kish Bank and First National Bank, it’s now unnecessarily difficult just to access businesses that have operated in this plaza for years. Seven Brew immediately took over shared parking, including spots clearly needed by bank customers, while their employees park there all day instead of using overflow parking like everyone else.
The lack of planning is astounding. There is no proper signage, no defined traffic flow, and no attempt to manage volume. They knew this location would be extremely busy and still chose not to put even basic traffic or parking controls in place. Cars regularly block main drive lanes and entrances because no one knows where to go. Employees should be actively directing traffic before it becomes a problem, not reacting once the lot is already a mess.
Then there’s the noise. The loud music is constant and completely inappropriate for a shared commercial plaza. You can hear it across the entire lot, including at Honey Baked Ham. That’s absurd. This isn’t a club or a festival, it’s a business area where people are trying to work and get things done. I’m aware police have responded multiple times, which should tell you everything about how out of hand this has gotten.
Between the parking takeover, blocked roadways, lack of signage, unmanaged traffic, and nonstop noise, this business turned a previously functional lot into a daily headache almost overnight. I’d be shocked if the property manager isn’t already buried in complaints.
Plenty of places sell coffee without disrupting an entire business area. This one chose not to care, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

All new businesses have their hiccups, and I completely understand that this place just opened. That said, my experience could have been smoother. I tried to order a coffee with two flavors and was instead encouraged to choose a different drink. When I requested the original coffee again, I was directed to order a latte, which I eventually went with.
I also wasn’t asked about a milk preference. While that may sound minor, many people have dairy restrictions, and the signage in the drive-thru doesn’t clearly show milk alternatives. After receiving the drink, I also wasn’t given a straw.
Next time, I’m hoping for a more “customer-first” experience—being able to order the drink I ask for without redirection, and having latte orders include a quick check-in about milk options. I’m optimistic these are early growing pains and look forward to seeing the place improve. The drink I received was tasty nonetheless.
