Stopped by for a quick lunch since I was in town for a conference. Place was very clean and service was fast. I want to give a shoutout to Steve, who was working behind the counter. He was working his butt off to make sure every order was correct and timely, and was very polite.

I don’t know what’s happened to Five Guys, but it’s changed over the years. The burgers are overpriced, plain tasting, and not worth wasting your hard earned money on. Pretty sure the overpriced milkshake gave us horrible food poisoning (vomiting throughout the night), and the experience inside this location wasn’t anything special. Save your money and go to Otto’s, the Corner Room, or even Wendy’s — all would be better options than Five Guys. Makes me miss Whataburger or In-N-Out. One positive from this location was the employees. They were hard workers and attentive.

Great snd friendly staff. Good food. I liked the penuts. Location is at thd college Avenue makes it very convenient for students to garb a good and quick meal. Will try next time the veggi burger. Thanks for Asher for recommending. He us one of thd best staff in this branch.

Really unfortunate that an employee decided not to make a burger and to close the kitchen when his colleagues said it was still open, 15 minutes before closing..
We placed an online order around dinner on Friday. The place was empty…probably because everyone else already knew this location was lacking. Despite the lack of customers, or order was prepared so slowly that the food was cool by the time we received it. Two of the six burgers were also not prepared accurately. Perhaps the worst part by Five Guys standard was the stingy serving of fries. This Five Guys served up a very expensive disappointing experience.

I visited here a few days ago with my husband. Since it was our first time, we were a bit confused about how to order, and we didn’t ask the staff for help. So, the burger we got was just the bun and patty, with no toppings. It was a funny experience. The plain burger, coke, and fries cost around $20, which is quite pricey, but fortunately, it was delicious.

Walked in to an employee shoving a big bite of food down his gullet, then proceeded to assemble food. Why I didn’t leave? It was the second food joint I had that I walked into that the college age employees were doing that. Times are tough, work force is scarce. Can’t be too picky, I suppose.
