“I love Crumbl, always go to the state College store, never any issues, great kids, BUT good golly, teach them how to acknowledge, greet and speak. Sheesh. These kids were mute, didn’t even speak to each other. So awkward. The one kid, stood there, dipping something and looking out of the corner of his eye, like nobody’s even making any eye contact, not even turning their head. I inadvertantly entered the cost of the ice cream in the tip window on the card reader. He immediately noticed my mistake and refunded me that amount and then ran the charge again. This might seem like a small thing, but I know for a fact it wouldn't happen at other shops. Bravo to him.“
