“I love Crumbl, always go to the state College store, never any issues, great kids, BUT good golly, teach them how to acknowledge, greet and speak. Sheesh. These kids were mute, didn’t even speak to each other. So awkward. The one kid, stood there, dipping something and looking out of the corner of his eye, like nobody’s even making any eye contact, not even turning their head. The kid who handed me the cookies, pleasantly spoke, was very nice. But they def could benefit from “people skills 101”“

“Good ice cream and friendly staff. I want to particularly commend the honesty of one of the employees. I didn't get his name but he was working the evening of 12 July. I inadvertantly entered the cost of the ice cream in the tip window on the card reader. He immediately noticed my mistake and refunded me that amount and then ran the charge again. This might seem like a small thing, but I know for a fact it wouldn't happen at other shops. Bravo to him.“

“Best Dairy Queen I have ever visited anywhere. Super-hot day and we needed a cold treat, we ordered a couple of Blizzards and the manager also gave us cups of ice water to help cool us off. He checked in to make sure we were doing okay and everything was good. Great service, super friendly and great treats. Thanks.“
