We were in town to support my son’s football team for a camp at PSU. ordered catering boxes online prior to our visit. We showed up a bit before our order was due, and saw that it was busy. they still had our order ready and packed to go. The process ordering, picking up was so fast, easy and efficient. I was so pleased. Beyond that, the hoagies were great and the boys loved them. thank you so much for making our visit memorable.

The store mistakenly takes doordash orders 45 minutes after closing. Sit at the window for 15 minutes before the snotty woman with a bull ring in her nose in purple hair decides to tell me that they've been closed for almost an hour that it was a mistake. Unorganized, unprofessional.

Just want to say I got the number 16 chicken Philly sandwich. It was so amazing. Had it done by time I got on the highway ( 99 ) I had to call in and let them know. The manager said he will let his cook Ryan know. Manager was very nice. It was just nice from the time I walked in nice & clean restaurant. I will definitely be back.

This Jersey Mikes is very clean, very nice employees, and they make great sandwiches. My Italian on Rosemary Parm Bread was excellent. All the veggies and meats were very fresh. Highly recommend this JM Location.

Jersey Mikes has quickly become one of my top favorite places to eat. I usually get the salads and really enjoy them. Very filling for me. I have visited this new location 3 times since they opened. Every time, there has been a mess up on my order. But that won't stop me from coming back. Everybody makes mistakes. And they've corrected their mistake when I brought it to their attention. The first time, they forgot the meat and cheese. 🤪😂 Today, they forgot to put the juices and seasonings on my salad, so I'd have to say it wasn't as tasty. I tell you what, that's what "makes" the sub/salad! Yuuummmy! 🤭😋
Parking: The seating area is to small. Needed to build it bigger so it could seat more people.

My husband and I got food poisoning from them Confirmed by my PCP and all they wanted to do was give me a sub card like I ever want to eat that place again. Made excuses they checked their temperature three times a day, but are they serve safe? Do they know about cross contamination something they're doing poison being in my husband.

Just opened the store the other day. If service continues like this it will be great. Good food a bit on the expensive side but they do cut all the meats to order. Never been disappointed with jersey mikes. Highly recommend.
