I love having a lunch stop like the Roots for a quality and healthy food option. I've only ordered grain bowls, to date, and they've all been great. This place packs a lot of food into their bowls. The main base is typically a grain based rice, kale with an assortment of fresh veggies. You can choose from grilled chicken, or various vegan based options, and then they top it with dressing.
