Just shove down all your taco bell cravings cause it ain't worth it. I've been here twice now that they left out food. We got 2 combos and a stacker. We had to fight for the other 2 tacos and they still left it a taco. It says 7 on the bag. Is counting hard? A soft taco is expensive these days. They weren't even busy.

I ordered food from the app in the dining room of this restaurant. Waited almost 20 minutes for them to talk to me. Then another 20 minutes tell me they never got my order. Then 49 minutes lager he said it was a different store (how??? I was in the dining room???) He told me I would have to pay twice for the meal. UNREAL, literally told me he cannot help me or serve me.

In today's world it's not hard to imagine having to hire employees that "huff" when a customer asks a question! It's not hard to believe that taco bell hires employees that cannot fill a simple order correctly and cannot throw in simple things like taco sauce, silverware, napkins etc. well here's the deal, once and done! This place is a far cry from a good place to purchase a meal from! Certainly wouldn't want to bother the employees! And not to mention smart move on their part, don't answer the phone that way the manager doesn't have to listen to complaints.Never never again! Customer service at its basic should be taught before allowing employees to interact with customers!

Service was good , and food was.. well expected, but cleanliness.... deff can use attention. Bathrooms are completely disgusting. Feces all over the toilet seat, back of toilet, and all thru the bowl.... handwashing station was filthy. I was better off walking outside and using snow to clean my hands, food has gone down hill with quality and presentation. This will be the last time I visit for quiet sometime.

You could tell they were understaffed. I had to pull around and wait for the worker to bring out my order. Cool, just vibing in my car. This kid was working so hard taking orders at the window and running food outside on a very chilly day. The other 2 people working, made that food so fire! The second I put that chicken chalupa in my mouth... if I was arguing with my S.O. and I took a bite of that, what fight? It was that good. So props to that small team for being fantastic.

Went there today and they didn't have any of the drinks that are on the drive thru menu. I personally think that this location is not doing well. Please don't get the wrong idea, the lady that gave us our order, she was really friendly and apologized for not having the drinks that I wanted. She felt bad. I had even asked for coffee and the gentleman said that their coffee maker hasn't been working for a while.My meal came with a drink and I said can't you adjust the price without the drink and he said "No ', so this is why I was having a terrible time with ordering some type of drink, in which I had to order a Sweet Tea, which I didn't want, but Thank God that my better half did drink, which he shouldn't have because of being diabetic.So I would suggest that you find some way to compensate for not having any of items that a customer ask for. This is why I'm giving you a 3 ⭐⭐⭐. God bless everyone. ?

Standard Taco Bell location. Stopped here early in the day, and the staff did a great job handling the traffic at the drive thru, considering it seemed like there was only one or two people working that shift. Keep up the good work!

Ordered 2 tacos and a pepsi. The taco shells smelled and tasted like churros. The soda machine had no ice and we all know tacos need a good cold fountain soda to wash them down. It just feels like a run down Taco bell. For being in a college town I'm surprised it wasn't better.
