Had lunch at Triplett's on 10/11. Capresse salad was incredible, chicken salad on croissant (extra yummy) was excellent. Had the triple chocolate mousse for dessert...Will have to have this again and again! Jewlia was our server and provided great service.

Dirty, dirty, dirty dirty that’s all I can say. When we checked in there was poop all over the wall and the floor. Someone had a massive blowout and we told them and nobody ever came up to clean it. This place is so overrated do not recommend.

Worst experience I have ever had. What a pretentious hotel. They think they’re better than everyone. Hotel owner will tow your car if you park in the valet spot by accident not seeing the sign at night time. It’s all about the Almighty dollar for him. Do not ever stay here ever not worth it.

The renovations are stunning, yet classic. There are so many places to sit and relax throughout the hotel. The room had everything we needed and check in and out was a breeze. There is no free parking, but it is only $12 for the garage next door. You really can't park anywhere on campus for free, so I wasn't surprised by that. Triplett's food and drinks were delicious. Dear Joe is a convenient spot for coffee in the morning. The other restaurant is more sophisticated and pricey so we skipped it on this trip. My only complaint is that the AC didn't seem to be working correctly in some locations in the hotel, but it was also 95+ outside. Overall, a wonderful stay to celebrate our 13th anniversary at the location of our reception.

Parking is either $25 valet or $12 garage but when you go out/in it changes to hourly. Harsh, freaky bathroom light comes on automatically. Get greeted by that in the middle of the night! No bathroom fan despite great renovations. Expresso machine in rooms with tiny cups for the bitter, hot beverage. LaVazza gave NLI some kind of deal. Coffee pot or Keurig would be better! Didn't eat there because nothing remotely appealing to vegetarians. Prices are high otherwise.

1st time staying here. There is no free parking on the property. You have to pay extra for valet or pay for the parking garage. I was told you can call ahead for Valet. which I did, more than an hour ahead of time. I came down to valet maybe 2 mins later than the time I called ahead for only to be told they put my car back in the garage because they were busy.(lies) Then they couldn't find my car, but yet they just put it back in the garage. well almost 30 mins later I finally get my car. I asked the Valet person, what's the point of call ahead service if my car would not be ready at said time. His reply, I don't know why they tell you that because they don't do call aheads & they also supposedly didn't even get notified about my car/time, yet they put my car back because they were busy!(how'd they know I needed my car???!???) AND because of all that BS, I missed my daughters 1st throws at the State Championship! terrible customer service, the Cafe took forever to get served, only one person doing everything(not her fault), my breakfast sandwich tasted like crap. very disappointing to say the least! and at over $400 a night! don't waste your time or money!

Worst customer service! No one picks up the phone, staff is rude and we had a missing item they claimed they had and were going to ship back to us, however, more than a half a dozen calls we made to follow up, and they tell us that they apparently do not have the item after 3wks when they claimed they had it. Would never recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. Still waiting for a call back. That was supposed to occur last Thursday at 11 AM!

My husband had reservations for our Valentine's day dinner her last evening and the menu, dinner and wait staff was incredible! The food was amazing from the first course all the way through dessert. It was our first time there and we both agreed that we will be back to try the regular menu.

Outstanding location for quality quality meals. Good place to catch up with friends. Looking forward to coming back with my friends. This place has a cool feel to it. They have a lot of good reviews for a reason.

quality meals and the scene here is great. Everyone at our table was glad to be there. The staff was sociable and attentive. It has a nice feel to it. I can see why they have a lot of great reviews.
