There is seating and a self serve cotton candy machine inside.You could get your ice cream as is or pay a flat rate for anything between 1 and 5 toppings.I got a strawberry rolled ice cream topped with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and strawberry flavored popping boba, pocky, and syrup. Before today, I can admit that I was skeptical about rolled ice cream being any different than your run of the mill grocery store half gallon, but I was SO wrong! It both tasted and felt texturally fresher than soft serve or freezer ice cream, and I could not get enough of the texture of the fresh strawberries chopped into the ice cream base- the ice cream is spread so thin that the mix ins maintain a light and icy melt-in-your-mouth texture.Bring the street food experience inside at 8°, a perfect small business to support. “Visited this establishment with my girlfriend and loved it so much I had to come again...... and then again. I got the butter burger and fries and the burger was fantastic! Definitely buttery but it was perfect. I Aldo got a bbq sandwich. Was kinda bummed that they had no Cole slaw and the sandwich was drenched in bbq sauce but even those minor inconveniences didn't take away from the glory of the experience. I love the tiny dive style of the restaurant. It's definitely inviting and the workers get the job done. Can't wait to visit again!“
“Literally a wonderland in the ponchonos. I don't think I've seen a cuter ice cream shop than this. I recommend this to everyone especially if you enjoy unique and healthy flavors. It's so cute and has lots of seating indoors and outdoors! Has cute llamas everywhere to take pictures with. My dog loved it too. Bathroom also available and larger pint and quarts to take home. I recommend especially their lucuma ! “I grew up going to Lewis's Drive-In because it was close to my childhood home so I have been a long time customer. I was always impressed at the selection of ice cream flavors, and the service. I can say that the renovation of Lewis's knocked my socks off. The entire shop looks terrific. I love the design of the playground.It is completely constructed to fit precisely in the area. The picnic tables are well done , and there is a lot of seating room. It is like I never even remembered what the old Lewis's looked like before renovation.i also always liked the menu of salty food, and the sandwiches. I ordered some salty food and it was tasty. “A step back in time with the stainless steel and colorful seats. A fun place with an extensive menu. A roadside draw you can't resist. It's fun AND there's BBQ! I've had their smoked wings and they're fantastic but tonight, I went for ice cream. I like ice cream with a higher fat content but this was ok. It still hit. Nearly $4 for their smallest cone. Give it a try at least once.“
“The ice cream is great! They give it to you in like five minutes! I also love their popcorn, probably the best popcorn I ever tasted! And it used to have games but now it doesn't and that's OK. And the place is really quiet, which I like.“

“We live right up the road from Kelly's and this is our go to spot for ice-cream, shakes, burgers and fries. With all the different types of flavors and combinations they offer, you'd need to make multiple trips in order to get the full effect of Kelly's ice-cream. They have tons of outdoor seating and a mini golf set up. Definitely worth checking out.“

“My girl and I stopped in here while traveling after reading a few reviews on another site. When we walked in, the place was nearly empty and we both looked at each other wondering if we had made a mistake in choosing this place. We were immediatly greeted by a waitress and promptly seated, hot coffee's were brought to our table as we checked over the menus. The waitress was very friendly and a joy to converse with, we ordered and received our food promptly and the place started filling with patrons as we were eating. The food quality was good, much better than other places we have tried, the portions were quite hefty and we both felt that we received a good, filling breakfast for the price we paid. If this was closer to home, it is the kind of place we would keep returning to.“

“My sundae was very yummy. This is a small ice cream shop that you can just tell they take pride in what they serve. The service was a little bit slower, although they were busy as well. The staff was very friendly and took the time to customize your order if you wish. The ice cream shop is decorated super cute and the building has a lot of unique shops to visit.
