“Think of a little comforting, quiet, hidden gem with food that feels like your mom or friends mom is in the kitchen. It's so comforting, welcoming, relaxing, family friendly. Their food is Soo delicious every time me and my man go we just feel at home. The service is wonderful and friendly. It's a relaxing bar with no bells and whistles. The staff is kind and the woman with the purple hair (I apologize not knowing if she’s the owner or the manager) comes around to each table to check on the guests. I think that is extremely admirable and kind and definitely shows they care about their customers. Every time we are there they are busy but I can see why…the food is so good! Despite being so busy, the food comes out in a reasonable time.“

“Jonathan's has become our favorite place to go for special occasions. We dined there last on Christmas Eve. I had the crab cakes which were fantastic. My family had the Haddock Oscar and I was lucky enough to receive some leftovers. Everyone else was very pleased with their dinner's. My mother and father in law enjoy the traditional fine dining touches like white linens and the owner making his rounds and greeting the customers. It's something they appreciate and respect. Our previous dinner we had a cake ordered and it was awesome. I'd highly recommend calling ahead and ordering one for any special occasion. It was a nice presentation for the table and delicious.“

“Wow,wow,wow.... what a hidden gem we found tonight. we wanted to go somewhere different for our anniversary and I came across a Facebook post for this restaurant. What an amazing experience. we were greeted immediately, super friendly staff and our waitress was fantastic. She recommended and told us about several dishes. we ordered the pan seared tuna appetizer...and broiled trio of flounder, shrimp and scallops. AMAZING.....high quality ingredients. the salads were fresh and crisp, the seafood was cooked to perfection. this ranks in as one of the best meals we've had in a long time. 5 star quality and 10 out of 10 recommend!“

My husband ordered the eggs Benedict and was very excited because it is his favorite breakfast meal.We will 100% be back as regular customers.Our waitress was so nice as well!!“

“I've never been disappointed here. They have different creations on a regular basis, portions are reasonable, and the outdoor seating is next to the river. Great place to stop for cooling off. Parking is on both sides of the building. I prefer to go back into a space when possible because it's easier when you're trying to leave.“
