Sushi is raw fresh fish, right!
The process of freezing fresh fish is a skill that a sushi restaurant should know so well. The tuna and the salmon or tasteless, there was no taste of the ocean they came from.
Most of the menu items contained cooked fissh. Are fish that had been marinated so much that you could not taste the original fish.
It has been my experience at anything that has a hibachi grill does not sell good sushi.

The food was really good, like so flavorful and provides the quintessential hibachi vibe. Really hit the spot. The prices were a little steeper than expected but that happens. It’s in the same space as a hotel, so prices make sense to be a little higher.
I also liked that they had two chefs at our table. One making the meat and one making the sides. Also, our chef, Micky, was SOOO fun. He was engaging and funny....
