Stopped in at the Auntie Anne's at The Crossings Outlets today with my daughter. My daughter ordered a frozen dragonfruit drink and pretzel bites and I got a Mocha-latte Chill. She was so happy with her cute pink drink :) The staff was friendly and the location is clean. Went in at the start of a rush during my break at work. I understand we're a busy mall, but the girl who was being trained on the register was left alone when she didn't even know to push in a #1. Another girl came over to help and has her ring up my whole order, then rudely says the exact words "you have to wait 5 minutes for pretzels to be made." WHAT a great place to be their pizza pretzels are cut into pieces which makes it easy to share. They even upsell which is great for me with kids I forget many things Their staff was AMAZING and friendly. Clean store and fresh food. Check it out!
