“Me and my family were visiting Great Wolf Lodge. With the horrible pricing on all the food there and our quite a big party (16 people including children) we looked for a local restaurant to support. We came upon this place as it was super close. We went in tonight and had the best service ever. All 16 of us were treated as family. The food was wonderful! The service was even better! The two cooks handled our huge party like the BOSSES they are. We will be back! P.S The Tony’s Cheesesteak with Mayo and the sauce on the side is to DIE for. 😋“

“Philly’s in the House! Sooo glad this is right next to Kinsley’s Shoprite here in Broadheadsville! The pretzels are amazing as is the staff…Baylee’s da’ bomb!😉 I always see her or the owner behind the counter and love to mess with then, they’re awesome and the vibe with the customers has always been friendly; how can you be grumpy when you’re slingin’ some banging pretzels! I grew up in Philly and was raised on soft pretzels. There have been a few large bakeries (Federal was the biggest) but the Philly Pretzel Factory franchises have mastered it. I’ve been to over a dozen franchisee’s locations over the years and 2 things have always struck me. 1) The product is EXTREMELY consistent whether you go to the same location or a different one. Some are longer and narrower in shape, others are shorter or wider but the texture and flavor are the same. 2) The staff is exceptional. They strive for accuracy and scheduling for their tray orders and provide a friendly contact with the customer at the point of sale. Love this joint, keep up the great work!!!“
