“Commie Karen Alert!!! Terrible customer service. Failed to fulfill my order property. already made the wrong order before telling me they can not give me what I ordered. Suggesting a cone is not safe for my dogs ... but I suppose having them eat styrofoam is perfectly fine? I was not asking you, I was telling you. I didn't know these young girls were professional veterinarians with degrees in animal science. My dogs eat the styrofoam every time I get these. I can't imagine how styrofoam is better than a cone or an edible dish. Considering they can devour 4 cases of Oreos, drink a gallon of bleach and eat roadkill from last week, I have a hard time believing that a cone is "unsafe" for a 80lb dog. You could of simply said "no, we won't do that." instead of making me pay for something I didn't want. I would of then just ordered regular ice cream in the edible dish and not told you it's for a dog. The good news is, there are plenty of other ice cream locations that know how to follow directions.“
