“Commie Karen Alert!!! Terrible customer service. Failed to fulfill my order property. already made the wrong order before telling me they can not give me what I ordered. Suggesting a cone is not safe for my dogs ... but I suppose having them eat styrofoam is perfectly fine? I was not asking you, I was telling you. I didn't know these young girls were professional veterinarians with degrees in animal science. My dogs eat the styrofoam every time I get these. I can't imagine how styrofoam is better than a cone or an edible dish. Considering they can devour 4 cases of Oreos, drink a gallon of bleach and eat roadkill from last week, I have a hard time believing that a cone is "unsafe" for a 80lb dog. You could of simply said "no, we won't do that." instead of making me pay for something I didn't want. I would of then just ordered regular ice cream in the edible dish and not told you it's for a dog. The good news is, there are plenty of other ice cream locations that know how to follow directions.“

“The food is very good and tasty. The service is excellent and they are quite quick to serve the food and bring it to your table. The only comment I have is that an entire meal, meaning: hamburger, fries and soda, turns out to be expensive because everything is sold separately, not in a combo; This is even when shopping with other fast food restaurants.

“I called this week to order a custom birthday cake for Saturday, and was lucky that the cake decorator was going to be at the store that afternoon, so I was able to get a custom cake for my daughters birthday party this weekend. It was BEAUTIFUL!! It was just as I had asked it to be. The ice cream cake was mint oreo and chocolate, with chocolate crunch in the middle, and it was delicious (as is all their ice cream). “First time going here and literally all of the customers in front of us ordered shakes. I guess it’s their specialty ? Busy Saturday night when we were there. There was only one person working so the wait was long, however the staff did a great job with so many shake orders and maintained a great composure! We just had a big dinner so ended up getting the small cups of peanut butter cookie and almond joy ice cream. Portion was generous and the ice cream was tasty!“

“Always loved their ice cream. It's so good. Many styles to choose from . Shakes , hard ice cream and soft, ice cream sundaes. Etc. I had the best cone ever too. With chocolate covering it and sprinkles and chose 2 different hard ice creams for it. Moosetracks and Cookie dough. With chocolate syrup and sprinkles. It was delicious. Highly recommend them. Especially for their great choices and yummy ice cream. It's a great place to stop at in any day for a good cold yummy snack. Try it out sometime. You'd enjoy it.“
