“My granddaughter and I stopped here on our way to our new apartment. I got her a cup and I got a chocolate cone. She took a bite of my cone waiting for her flavor to be made, so the gentleman told me to take a bite and hand it back to him. So I did and he topped it off for free. You just don't find too many places like that anymore. Can't wait to get back in the area for another visit“

“I called this week to order a custom birthday cake for Saturday, and was lucky that the cake decorator was going to be at the store that afternoon, so I was able to get a custom cake for my daughters birthday party this weekend. It was BEAUTIFUL!! It was just as I had asked it to be. The ice cream cake was mint oreo and chocolate, with chocolate crunch in the middle, and it was delicious (as is all their ice cream). All the kids loved the cake. Thank you Bethlehem Dairy store!!“

There was only one person working so the wait was long, however the staff did a great job with so many shake orders and maintained a great composure! “Commie Karen Alert!!! Terrible customer service. Failed to fulfill my order property. already made the wrong order before telling me they can not give me what I ordered. Suggesting a cone is not safe for my dogs ... but I suppose having them eat styrofoam is perfectly fine? I was not asking you, I was telling you. I didn't know these young girls were professional veterinarians with degrees in animal science. My dogs eat the styrofoam every time I get these. I can't imagine how styrofoam is better than a cone or an edible dish. Considering they can devour 4 cases of Oreos, drink a gallon of bleach and eat roadkill from last week, I have a hard time believing that a cone is "unsafe" for a 80lb dog. You could of simply said "no, we won't do that." instead of making me pay for something I didn't want. I would of then just ordered regular ice cream in the edible dish and not told you it's for a dog. The good news is, there are plenty of other ice cream locations that know how to follow directions.“

“I was initially unaware of this business being here. I was walking down main st and smelled the most delicious cinnamon/brown sugary aroma I’ve encountered. It brought me into the store. The worker greeted me and was very cordial and friendly. The store was clean and had an aesthetical appearance to it I found welcoming. I assessed 3 different flavors on a waffle cone. Cookie dough, death by chocolate, and cookies and cream. I enjoyed 2 of the flavors. One flavor which was cookies and cream had too much sweetened condensed milk in the ice cream base making it nauseatingly sweet and I couldn’t finish the remainder of my ice cream cone due to this. Additionally the waffle cone I would recommend to made thicker as some of it broke while I was still eating. These were minor inconveniences. I’d recommend this place and would definitely give it 5 stars if the aforementioned was done. The area is nice and I’d encourage patronizing this location if you wanted to have a family outing of some sorts

“$5 at Rita’s doesn’t get us what it used to, just like $5 doesn’t anywhere but gargantuan wholesale retailer food courts. For this reason, I almost never go to Rita’s, and when I do, I opt for the gelato.

There’s something about finishing the ice cream on top then starting with the ice and then back to the ice cream that just does it for me. I used to get vanilla with the blue raspberry ice all the time when I was a kid.

Now they have sour patch kid flavor! They were out of the new watermelon one so I just got the red one instead. The actual quality of Rita’s doesn’t disappoint, but at the end of the day, it’s not YoFresh or Menchie’s and it’s not Coldstone. It’s just Rita’s.

Parking: Parking isn’t hard to find but there isn’t a lot of it.“

“Stopped by tonight with my food allergy 2 year old. He wanted ice cream but that wasn’t in the cards. The staff was so wonderful in providing numerous samples and patience while we tried to find something he would like. The staff here was awesome tonight!“

“Wednesdays are still "buy one soft-serve sundae and get one free" at this Carvel. My husband and I grew up on this ice cream and it's still our favorite. They make their own cakes up fresh in this store. I highly recommend their Dusty Road sundaes. And if you like fruit cocktail topping, theirs is the best!“
