I come to this location pretty often. Never really have any issues. The last time i called nobody answered the phone… I went to the store to order no biggie. Today I called the store to order someone picked up and stated they are only accepting online orders… I asked is there any particular reason as to why? She literally just said they are not accepting orders over the phone. I legit hate when companies have poor customer service. How are you trying to force someone...read full review
This is an IHOP I really want to like but I just don't. I literally drive 25+ to go to the one on Roosevelt boulevard (which is legitimately just a 100% better experience). Food is fine, wait is crazy and the service is okay if not a bit slow. You may have to get your own condiments, but truly this place needs a different manager and or owner to make it better.
Stopped in for breakfast. We were seated, friendly greetings. Waitress took drink order, over 5 minutes to get that, she cleaned tables first. Then we got drinks, the placed our food order. It took almost 20 minutes to get our. It was very hot, delicious no issues with that. We also had to eat with plastic silverware in a sit down restaurant.
