You grab a tray and tongs at the door, and then you fill up your tray with the pastries you want to take home. The store is immaculate, and one of my favorite things is the double door system at the entrance which deters insects, varmints, and unsanitary conditions that come along with those. Oh, you can also watch the pitas being made through the glass wall as they come off the conveyor and get ready to come to your house.“
