“Have you experienced the new Summer menu yet? Maybe you tried this restaurant on a busy Saturday morning and the long wait for a table then is preventing you from exploring the menu now? This month is a perfect time to visit again - many local customers are off from school, or off on vacation. So wait times are short, while the summer first watch menu is awesome. Enjoy! “My wife and I ate here last night (6/27/23), after dropping our son off at St. Joseph's University orientation, and generally speaking, it was fantastic. Our waitress, Jen, was at the forefront of why our experience was so positive. She was attentive, and really engaged us in conversation. We split the cheesesteak eggroll appetizer, which was delicious. For our entree, my wife got a salad with a giant meatball (don't know the name...sorry, LOL). I went with baked lasagna, and I felt the portion was more than enough. I typically finish everything, but we brought a little bit of lasagna home, along with what was left of her salad. We couldn't pass up dessert, and there was a lot to choose from. We settled on the zeppoles, which did NOT disappoint. The 3.5% charge to pay with a card, isn't ideal, but it is clearly stated, on a sign on the hostess station, as soon as you walk in. If that's a possible dealbreaker, there is a cash machine in the restaurant, if you want to pay with cash. We would (and probably will, at some point over the next four years) return!“

“Excellent dining experience. Service, by Kai, was as good as the food. A tad pricey, but this kind of cuisine and professional service should be. BYOB saves a few bucks, so I will be back. The endive salad with a Dijon vinaigrette was sublime and the Red Snapper the best we’ve had. Oh, and the New York strip steak was mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. “This was my second visit to Ripplewood Whiskey & Craft, and my first time experiencing their happy hour—and it did not disappoint. The menu had a great variety, and I enjoyed both the drinks and the pork bao buns.

A standout “happy accident” was ordering the pretzel rolls with truffle butter… absolutely amazing. That alone is worth coming back for.

The bartenders were attentive and provided great service throughout our visit. We also tried the deviled eggs, which were just okay for me—the mustard base was a bit too strong for my taste.

Overall, Ripplewood is a lovely spot with a relaxed vibe and nice outdoor seating in the back. It’s a great place for drinks, small bites, and a chill evening out.“

“To me personally best cheese steak I've had so far! Many options to choose from on toppings and cheese, mine was around $17 but you get your money's worth - it's BIG. There are other things besides cheese steak and pretty sure they have drinks and beer. Order in the right window, when your order is ready they display your name on the screen and announce it on Mike/speaker and you pick up in the left window. It's CASH ONLY and there are no seats inside, some tables outside. We parked on the street and walked over, no designated parking lot. Staff was very nice. Highly recommend and definitely coming back!“

“Over a month ago my daughter and I had lunch at Seasons 52, King of Prussia. I am really careful regarding eating out because I have sensitivities to certain foods which include onions, scallions, shallots, leeks, chives, and garlic. I explained everything to my server. She went above and beyond and consulted with the Chef to make sure there were no mistakes with my order. She did a wonderful thing! David Jacobo, the Executive Chef Partner at Seasons 52 came to my table and discussed what he could do. He prepared a special appetizer of "Flatbread" which was artfully plated and decadent with fresh basil. He also added a special side to replace a dish that was not on my diet. Chef David came to our table several times to question how I was enjoying his specific dishes. I know firsthand about being turned away from a restaurant because they could not accommodate certain dietary requests. A wonderful experience from the start with an attentive waitress and caring Chef. Highly recommend.“

“I want to offer some feedback to your staff. Dining there with a friend on May 9th, I found the meal to be very good with a couple of slips. My friend's aspargus salad and cod were excellent. The mousse au chocolat was fine. However, two items I chose needed some rethinking: the pastry for the vol au vent and the rabbit. The pastry had melted into the snail and their excellent sauce; it was hard to find. The first of many I ate many years ago, the first in Tunis, was tasty and stood a firm 3" high filled with the farce. Perhaps assembly is the issue. The rabbit was the second. The meat was dry; the sauce had not infused into the flesh. Perhaps a longer low/slow cook time. Perhaps when getting a reservation, you could ask the customer what they were thinking of choosing. If it were rabbit, you would know the order in advance and prepare more slowly. Duck fat might be a good liquid to brown the rabbit. I had not dined at Spring Mill Cafe' since the mid-90s. “We had an evening out At The Table and did the tasting menu. It didn't disappoint. The food was amazing, my favorite was the scallop course. The only negative was a table of 6 near us who kept complaining. They arrived at the same time as us and also had the tasting menu. Our young daughter was more mature than this group of 60+yr olds. When the lamb entree came out they were convinced it wasn't lamb. It was lamb, and it was excellent. The whole idea of the tasting menu is to relax, take your time and have good conversations, entree at about 90mins and done in 2 hours. The waiter and chef were apologetic when they didn't need to be. I feel bad for them and wanted to post a review. Highly recommend the restaurant, awesome for a date night.“
