“Have you experienced the new Summer menu yet? Maybe you tried this restaurant on a busy Saturday morning and the long wait for a table then is preventing you from exploring the menu now? This month is a perfect time to visit again - many local customers are off from school, or off on vacation. So wait times are short, while the summer first watch menu is awesome. Enjoy! “My wife and I ate here last night (6/27/23), after dropping our son off at St. Joseph's University orientation, and generally speaking, it was fantastic. Our waitress, Jen, was at the forefront of why our experience was so positive. She was attentive, and really engaged us in conversation. We split the cheesesteak eggroll appetizer, which was delicious. For our entree, my wife got a salad with a giant meatball (don't know the name...sorry, LOL). I went with baked lasagna, and I felt the portion was more than enough. I typically finish everything, but we brought a little bit of lasagna home, along with what was left of her salad. We couldn't pass up dessert, and there was a lot to choose from. We settled on the zeppoles, which did NOT disappoint. The 3.5% charge to pay with a card, isn't ideal, but it is clearly stated, on a sign on the hostess station, as soon as you walk in. If that's a possible dealbreaker, there is a cash machine in the restaurant, if you want to pay with cash. We would (and probably will, at some point over the next four years) return!“

The endive salad with a Dijon vinaigrette was sublime and the Red Snapper the best we’ve had. Oh, and the New York strip steak was mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. “Eddie Vs provided a classy cozy venue to celebrate our favorite cousins birthday. We were greeted warmly, brought to the small private dining room quickly, and made to feel welcome throughout. Decorations were stylish and our server Austin was engaging and thoughtful. He remembered my wife's favorite beverage from our last visit, and provided recommendations for our younger children and teens that made them feel like they were special too. “I want to offer some feedback to your staff. Dining there with a friend on May 9th, I found the meal to be very good with a couple of slips. My friend's aspargus salad and cod were excellent. The mousse au chocolat was fine. However, two items I chose needed some rethinking: the pastry for the vol au vent and the rabbit. The pastry had melted into the snail and their excellent sauce; it was hard to find. The first of many I ate many years ago, the first in Tunis, was tasty and stood a firm 3" high filled with the farce. Perhaps assembly is the issue. The rabbit was the second. The meat was dry; the sauce had not infused into the flesh. Perhaps a longer low/slow cook time. Perhaps when getting a reservation, you could ask the customer what they were thinking of choosing. If it were rabbit, you would know the order in advance and prepare more slowly. Duck fat might be a good liquid to brown the rabbit. I had not dined at Spring Mill Cafe' since the mid-90s. “Over a month ago my daughter and I had lunch at Seasons 52, King of Prussia. I am really careful regarding eating out because I have sensitivities to certain foods which include onions, scallions, shallots, leeks, chives, and garlic. I explained everything to my server. She went above and beyond and consulted with the Chef to make sure there were no mistakes with my order. She did a wonderful thing! David Jacobo, the Executive Chef Partner at Seasons 52 came to my table and discussed what he could do. He prepared a special appetizer of "Flatbread" which was artfully plated and decadent with fresh basil. He also added a special side to replace a dish that was not on my diet. Chef David came to our table several times to question how I was enjoying his specific dishes. I know firsthand about being turned away from a restaurant because they could not accommodate certain dietary requests. A wonderful experience from the start with an attentive waitress and caring Chef. Highly recommend.“

“We had an evening out At The Table and did the tasting menu. It didn't disappoint. The food was amazing, my favorite was the scallop course. The only negative was a table of 6 near us who kept complaining. They arrived at the same time as us and also had the tasting menu. Our young daughter was more mature than this group of 60+yr olds. When the lamb entree came out they were convinced it wasn't lamb. It was lamb, and it was excellent. The whole idea of the tasting menu is to relax, take your time and have good conversations, entree at about 90mins and done in 2 hours. The waiter and chef were apologetic when they didn't need to be. I feel bad for them and wanted to post a review. Highly recommend the restaurant, awesome for a date night.“

“I had such a great experience at Akina Sushi. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and honestly exceeded my expectations. You can really tell they care about quality—everything tasted clean and well-balanced, especially the sushi.

What made the experience even more special was the service. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and even generously offered us drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch.
