“TJ Smith's was a big surprise, and a good one. I didn't expect such a nice experience. The staff, Marissa, was very attentive and the food was really good. It's closer to a sports bar than I like but not as loud so you can still have a conversation. Prices are a bit high and the servings are very big.“

After deciding to forego a visit to another nearby breakfast place, my trusty GPS and a quick scan of yelp led me to this gem, nestled at one end of the inviting Shops at Valley Square shopping center. Absolutely no complaints from my first visit: The staff was pleasant, welcoming and accommodating; food was on point-tasty and prepared as ordered-I especially liked the light and fluffy pancakes and the bright and tangy salad greens; atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. “We had coal fired grandma pizza and it was tasty and with good quality. Self serve beer is a great plus. The personnel are very friendly and hospitable. I suggest upgrading the dinnerware and overall atmosphere (floor, furniture, etc.). However, even as is, it is a place I definitely recommend for a casual meal.“
