“Awful experience today. Kids working behind the counter were great, but owner (I presume) was rude and condescending causing me to lose my temper (regretfully). Don’t approach the window to collect your order otherwise she’ll reprimand you. Great bagels, poor attitude and customer service.“

“Place has best bagels in the area by a mile. Only drawback is it's impossible to place a call ahead order. Either no one answers or you get strange prompts saying their line is busy even the phone doesn't even ring once. Really weird. So be prepared to wait on weekends.“

“My first time here-bought several different flavored bagels & some flavored cream cheese spreads and I have to say, I believe these were the freshest, most delicious bagels I’ve ever had in my life! “I have been coming here for last 2 days and I love the lunch (White fish and Chicken salad sandwich) that is well prepared and well served. Special Kudoes to the Manager (Mithu) who took care of my orders very well and made me comfortable. He was courteous, well spoken and smiling. Also the other employee working here is hardworking and welcoming too. Overall a great experience and will love to come back.“

“Bagels are really good. Staff is always friendly even when the line is out the door. Sandwiches are really good. My neighbor recommended this place I was there and it was packed and worth the wait. Not many of these types of places are exist anymore.“

“Best manhattan around - owner is an awesome guy, they always make it good and are efficient and friendly. A+Edit: this must be said there are 4 manhattan bagel near me, and only this location knows how to make a hashbrown - im a big fan of hashbrown with the breakfast sandwich, i like it crisper and made well, and this location NAILS it perfectly. All 3 other locations cannot get the well done hashbrown right, or even get it crispy at all. This is the manhattan bagel to go to if you are in the area or visiting“

“We did the Saturday special for 13 bagels and when I went to freeze I was short 3. At 7:40 should not be to hard to court out 13 bagels! I will be in tomorrow morning to get my 3.

“Haven't had Manhattan Bagel in many years and treated myself and sons mother n law after moving. $17+ for bagel, lox and cream cheese. It was excellent. She got a plain bagel with a shmere. Said was very good. So add a $2 tip and take out. Guess I didn't count on the prices going up so high since last time. Like I said though it was very good just above my budget to go back any time soon.“

“I've been coming to this Manhattan Bagel location for many years. During that time I've seen owners come and go. I stopped frequenting the place for a while for a few different reasons and I recently stopped in and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh coat of paint, new menu boards and updated coffee machines and more. The place is under new ownership, however there are some familiar faces. The place is cleaner and the updated look certainly breathed new life into the place that had become very tired looking. I've come back several times and the place is always clean and the owners are very responsive if you need something.
Highly recommend you stopping by if you haven't been here in a while - you will definitely notice the difference.“
