“Thank you to the staff Mission BBQ in Warminster PA!! They were very courteous and out going. One of them asked if I was a Veteran and thanked me for my service. The fries were not ready when I received my meal so they brought them to me a minute or two later. The young man also brought a Carrot Cake and a coupon for a sandwich at a later time. There was no need to do this and I am very grateful. This was a my first time having lunch there, I will be back for more. The Brisket, fries and carrot cake were delicious! Thank you!“

“First time at a mission bbq and I have to say it was amazing. My family and I walked in not really knowing what’s going on and one of the amazing team members walked over and helped us by explaining everything that was on the menu. Forgive me but for the life of me I can’t remember the young man’s name(I wanna say it was Mike) everyone on the team was very helpful and willing to explain everything going on. I’m not from the area. It I will be making the trip back up to eat at this restaurant again!“

“Let me start by saying we didn’t end up dining in or eating anything. However, I felt it necessary to share our experience. I gave 4 stars because we have heard great things about the food, so I am respecting that. The downfall was the customer service/attitude of the employee(s)/manager.

We showed up with 8 people for a little birthday BBQ lunch. They informed us that they only seat parties of 6 or less. We told them that was fine and informed them we would be fine to do 4 and 4 separately or whatever made sense for them. They either misunderstood us or have a very odd rule in place where they do not accommodate for groups larger than 6 regardless of the circumstance to avoid having to turn away other groups who come in, as they tend to get busy… all things that make perfect sense and we understood fully. The girl we spoke to said she’d grab a manager to see if they could make an exception and let him have the final say… keep in mind we already said we’d break up into smaller groups and sit separately.

He came out and told us we can’t push tables together and would only be able to sit in the front room (a fully-windowed sunroom with a couple 2 tops and a 6 top) which it seemed they thought we wouldn’t want, (again, we had already informed them we were fine with splitting up). At this point, there was only one table in the restaurant (a 6 top).

In the end, the body language was not friendly and the attitudes came off as if we were being difficult. Our spirits are still high, but we were just put off and confused by the whole interaction. Either they need to listen better or be a little more friendly and understanding. We’ll come back another time, but just figured I’d share our little story so you make sure to show up with 6 or less people and avoid having to interact with them too much.

Very bizarre experience—they effectively turned away a guaranteed 8 people to avoid potentially having to turn away other groups on the off-chance that a handful of smaller groups showed up and wouldn’t be able to be accommodated… a very unlikely scenario considering we were happy to sit separately.

We went to Porterhouse which was lovely. We will be back in smaller groups in the future. Hopefully you have a pleasant interaction. Happy Holidays.“

“Visiting this area from NY (Sesame Place for the weekend) and found this place for dinner. Everything was so delicious! We ordered the bbq short ribs, miso char siu Ramen, gyoza and fried noodles for takeout. So flavorful and fresh. Prices were reasonable and the amount of food was plentiful. I wish we had this place in NY! :( If we weren’t leaving tomorrow, we’d be back again. Thank you for the amazing food!“

“We came to visit family in Philly, and this was our first hot pot and KBBQ experience. The staff were very helpful and showed us how to use the grills. The food was delicious and came out very fast, all service was excellent. Perfect place for a family dinner, we can’t wait to come back!“

“Firstly, Benny is an absolute gem of a person. My husband & I were town for work. I had an issue with the computer taking my order even though they had already closed. I had read the reviews, with 1 from just 2 weeks ago. It didn't make sense that they had just closed up for good. I stopped by today just to double-check and was pleased to meet Benny. He was super apologetic and set about figuring out what happened. He offered us brisket sandwiches to make up for the issue and we chatted while waiting.
