The pretzels aren't as soft and delicious either.
Got some spicy sausage pretzels and they were good, but a little on the dry side.
Not enough variety from what I saw.

“Apparently customer KK,We don’t need your business when you’re confusing us with another pretzel shop that closed down!when you never picked up several orders that we got stuck with and Insulting my employee! when a customer does that I do not need the business.
I treat all my customers like gold that’s why I’ve been in business since 1991,
So I don’t appreciate the rudeness review when you’re the one in the wrong.

But the aftermath holy mother of god i havent pooped like this in years im pooping as I type this but when you go there please beware of the damage that will happen. Btw i only rated 5 starts to warn people. Food good though 10/10 would eat again“

“I had called in a semi-lager order. It was ready in 15-minutes. The manager was so glad for calling in the order, that he gave us two extra pretzels for free. The order had specific instructions and everything was packed as requested. We shall continue to order from this place. The people running this place are kind and caring. Thanks.“
