“I'm really blown away by this Burger King.Long story short. I got a really messed up order a while back. I tried to go inside and fix it. Doors where locked. I called them super upset. The lady who answered was awesome and diffused the situation immediately.Anyway I went back tonight to get my correct meal 2 weeks after the mess up.The food was incredible. I'm guessing they made sure to make it awesome since the first order was messed up. Seriously if the burgers were always like the ones they gave me tonight they would be the only place in town. I eat at BK quite a bit and these burgers where the best I've had in my 42 years of eating BK.I'm truly blown away and will certainly be returning.Management deserves recognition and that's the purpose of this post. They difused my angry self immediately and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best meal replacement possible.“
“Today, burger King failed in all respects. The person making the food was screaming at a guy named JASON who was getting her cheese. The shift supervisor was not handling anything. This crew at 114pm could not handle the load they were given at all. Customers were embarrassed for them. I could not believe the language from them. Screaming at each other.“
“This is a nice Burger King I always go through the drive-thru when I'm in Washington PA I go there to fix your cat and my son loves Burger King so I come here to get him the chicken nugget meal it is always hot and sometimes they have to bring it out to me but I would say they have great service“
