stopped in tonight...bunch of high school kids working. Goofing around so much, they didn't remember which orders got filled and which needed filled. They did remember to get their friends orders to them even though they came in several minutes after we did. They had to ask us what we ordered 2 more times after we originally ordered after seeing us standing waiting for an extended period of time. We will just go to the Hermitage location from now on.
Took my family for dinner shortly after four they wldnt give us five buck lunches where they been doing this since the deal started.so i was already pissed because ive takin my kids trick or treating there for 25 years but this year they were closed .and i swore i wld boycot them but anyhow ..i had a coupon for bogo free blizzards but they had to call the corporate office to see if we cld use them for the royal blizzard corp.said no 45 freakin bucks for lunch...bs corporate...read full review
My burger was still pink on the inside & girls who made these was very rude and hid from us in the back for 10 mins while her 2 other coworkers were slammed on the otherside. Very unprofessional, unsanitary & I will not be coming back to this one any time soon
