“I had no major problem with this Subway location located in a gas station. The registers and items are separated between them. The soda dispenser was limited in choice as many of the options were unavailable so I had to pick up a soda from the gas station fridge and paid for that at a different register than for my sandwich.My sub sandwich was fine and I was happy enough with it. Service was fine as well.“

“I stopped into WMS DQ for lunch last weekend. I had never been to this particular DQ before. In the midst of CoVid social distancing and mask wearing, I was very impressed with the set up. All precautions were taken, the restaurant was meticulously clean, all patron movement was designed to move in one direction, and the staff was very friendly. I told the manager I’d never ordered meals at DQs, just Ice cream, so I had a few questions. He was accommodating, patient and super friendly. I had an amazing burger♥️ and onion rings. DQ Made to order, beats any other fast food assembly. I’ll return to this store because of the food quality and my experience with the Manager/staff.“

She saw I placed an order an hour from when I picked up my order, and instead of just giving it to me she told me me she was having them remake it for me. “I went to this Wendy’s today. The employees were nice and the food was excellent, the only thing is my sprite was a little flat. I don’t mind though ha ha it was still good.😆
My kid got a kids meal and they let my kid switch the toy which was very peachy 🍑. My oldest got a junior baconator meal but said her fries were too salty, but you know, teenagers, they complain about everything LOL. The costumer servers was excellent!“

“At top of August, this location assured Mayo was not on my sandwich. They quickly ushered me out of the Drive thru. I am VERY allergic to Mayo. On our break we moved out of the way and hurried to our next destination. I later found a ton of Mayo on my sandwich. I called to pick up a sandwich later as I had to quickly find something else to eat. Still not hungry and pressed for my next destination, they offered me a coupon. I expressed I was from out of town. They promised to send a coupon. I received the coupon bottom of August or top of September. I took coupon to my local Wendy's and they refused and was told I would have to take it to the Wendys in PA. PA said there was nothing they could do as they gave me a coupon. I asked for money back, since I couldn't get my sandwich. Wendys said they did what they were suppose to do and there was nothing left (....no obligation). My ticket actually calls for a 10 piece nugget as well because I was missing one. nugget. I am mostly concerned about the principle. Please advise.“

“Having decent food is only half the battle, the other half is having amazing employees that are amazing people too. A prime example of what I'm talking about is Amy at Arbys Hermitage, PA location. She is an outstanding employee but a better human. When I came up short, she paid it from her own pocket without hesitation. It wasn't much but it meant the world and it was the difference between having a meal and going hungry. I came back with not only the money to repay her but her kindness as well and a little more for the love she showed me.“

“I've pretty much given up on fast food because 99.9 % of the time, my order, wrong, cold, or just plain messed up.
I could feel my sugar dropping today, and against better judgment, I choose Bk in Hermitage, and I am glad I did! The food was hot, correct, and good... You've restored some of my faith in humanity.

This staff also has a tenancy not to realize that customers can hear them talking often, resulting in overheard inappropriate conversations. Over all the food as good as Taco Bell is and I love me some Taco Bell.“

Though kudos to management for a pleasant conversation.Subway’s computer isn’t functioning so it took multiple attempts for staff to try to charge the card after their scan of the Loves app. Manager did help ensure the purchase was deleted prior to trying a different machine.Bathroom clean. “Worthy of it's 4 Michelin Stars, this DQ is above and beyond laverish! The service is impeccable and unmatched, the wait staff treats you like an old friend. From the woman at the coat check-in, to the chef bringing out the food to thank you for ordering, everyone goes above and beyond. I came here with my wife, (normally it's out of our price range, but I just cashed out my 401k after 42 years at Wells Fargo, keep working on that back swing Pete! You'll get me on the range one day!) Anyways, we come here and even knowing we'll never come again, the staff made sure to know that we deserve just as great service as anyone else!
And don't get me started on the ambiance! A small, dim lit, atmosphere, with a fire that cast a warm reflection on the vintage Robert Mondavi wine collections that stacked the walls, this DQ could not have felt more embraceful. I'd love to thank our personal chef, Montery Stephanõ Giovanni, who dipped my waffle cone into a luscious fountain of the hottest, flowing suede of Belgian chocolate, and to the local farmers of Venezuela who grew the succulent peaches that were harvested for my wife's Peach Cobbler Blizzard. “This Subway was very clean and the food was the freshest I have seen in long time. WHAT STOOD OUT THE MOST WAS HOW KIND AND HELPFUL PURVI WAS. You can tell she really cares about people and giving them the best service she possibly can. This is not common these days. Hold on to her and if she worked for me...
