I stopped eating at Subway for years due to my experiences at a different location. I decided to try this one and I'm so glad I did. I've been eating here at least once a week and each time, the food is perfect. Every employee I've encountered here has been kind and friendly. Their salads and sandwiches are put together neatly, not just thrown together. The orders are always accurate. I went to subway two days ago and there was two ladies working they were pleasant and had good attitudes which was refreshing, they made my philly sub and it was amazing everything I could have hoped for in a subway keep up the good work

Did an online order…ordered a pizza sub an there was no pizza sauce (marinara) on the sub!! Called on Friday it’s Monday still no phone call back! Called an there is nothing that can be done because i wouldn’t drive back to Hermitage Friday night for a remake…picture included to see NO SAUCE…wont return to this Subway or the Subway in Walmart!!There are other Sub shops local that would love our business…this isn't the first problem here…been numerous bad experiences...read full review
