“Did delivery. Ordered the Drumsticks with Hot Honey, Hushpuppies with Comback Sauce, and Homemade Biscuits with Blackberry Jam and Honey Butter. I was a huge fan of the Drumsticks. Cooked perfectly, not overseasoned. Could argue slightly underseasoned, but would take away from the hot Honey. Great pairing. The Hushpuppies were overcooked, so I can't really judge how good they were. The Comback sauce saved them, that sauce is on point, wished the hushpuppies weren't overcooked. The biscuits were also somewhat overdone. I feel that the Blackberry jam was a tad too tart. I didn't taste the honey in the honey butter. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't good, either. I am encouraged with the potential, though. I will give them another shot.“
“Not a bad place. Seems to be incredibly crowded at night, particularly on the weekends of course. Definitely tends to be a younger crowd, elbow to elbow. Never actually had a chance to play any games due to the amount of people there. Haven't eaten either for the same reason. “TL;DR staff is really great and treat ems workers well!I don't visit chick fil a often, but I was working a shift on the ambulance and my partners wanted to go to chick fil a before we had another call and I didn't object! It was a little before 9p and we couldn't fit in the drive through because our ambulance was too tall (lol) so we decided to just eat in the dining room and leave when we got a call. We didn't realize that the dining room closed at 9p but when we went in, the staff were so nice and allowed us to stay, sit, and eat!My partner ordered first and asked about an ems discount. She said that some chick fil a locations have them. The girl at the register wasn't sure and alerted her supervisor. Her supervisor said that they did not do ems discounts (not surprising, no one cares about us lol) but they do have a discount for police (again, not surprising, police are really the top of the totem pole when it comes to first responders and we're at the bottom haha). They decided to use the police discount for our orders and we didn't have to pay anything! It was greatly appreciated, as we were so hungry and nearing the end of our shift. I, somewhat naively, thought that we might make it back to the station so I can heat up the food that I meal prepped for the week, but that never happens. I wasn't expecting to pay for food since I brought some from home, but that's just a rookie mistake to think you'll ever have time to heat up a nice meal from home, so it was a nice surprise to not have to pay for my food when I went to a fast food restaurant!I like the food from chick fil a in general, but the service at this location really stood out to me!“
“First time trying this place and I really enjoyed it!! The food was great! Good flavor and awesome texture. The batter is tempura which is fluffy but crispy and then tossed in soy garlic sauce (also have a spicy version, but was nervous about the heat). With tax, this portion came to about $8, which I feel like was a great value. Food was made quickly and you could tell that it was made to order and super fresh! Def more of a quick bites / takeout vibe, but really enjoyed it!!“
“Some of the best food in town, freshly made, flavorful and absolutely delicious. I’ve traveled more than 4000 miles and every time I’m in the city this is where I want to make my first stop. The wings and shrimp are absolutely my favorite and the fries are delicious every time. The staff is cordial and really nice. If you have never tried it I pity your soul, do yourself a favor and go get some!“
“I liked their chicken more than I liked Layne’s and Cane’s. Chicken was moist and well cooked. Serve was fair and I think you got a very good value for cost. Only complaint is that the fries were moist and not very good. There are many other sides to choose from though!Vegetarian options: Not many but some“
“It's been about 25 years since I moved away from Pgh. I came to town this weekend for my birthday. I couldn't leave without having one of my favorite Friday night meals to go. And like 25 yrs ago, the flavor, portions, and friendliness remains the same. I'm pleased now as I was then.“
“My wife has always loved their chicken. However, the amount of meat in the chicken and size of the chicken is definitely smaller. Chicken was almost all fired breading. The food was the same way at multiple locations. To top it off, their prices are out of control for what you get!“
