“Excellent service, all of the staff are wonderful people that care about your day and the quality of your food; The atmosphere is like stepping into a 70's or early 80's diner, and it is always clean. The soap, toilet paper and paper towels are always stocked in the restroom, and the toilet and sink are spotless. I've never seen so much as a speck of dust, dirt, or any fruit flies anywhere. They treat their customers and staff extremely well. All of the food is amazing, and they serve the perfect cup of coffee each day.“

“Everything was just perfect, I did notice in weeks pass that a select few customers were trying to scam on their bill , I got the same food like them all was perfect, but they posted the service was slow and very very clean, all the waitress'S were perfect, I did notice the put a 5 dollar tip down, nobody puts down that type of tip if the service was bad .. as they were leaving the kid in twenties pick the tip up, no tip, ignorant people“

“This place is awesome, met a co-worker there for brunch today and had one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. Everyone was super friendly, food was delicious, thick cut bacon was chefs kiss. Prices were incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be adding them to my list of places!!“

“We were in Pittsburgh for a few days to attend a concert and learn the city. After the casino, a concert, and a couple hungover nights we were hankering for some breakfast diner comfort food before the 5 hour drive home. We scouted a few local antique shops and stumbled upon this place searching for quick food nearby…boy am I GLAD WE DID! We walk in and grab a booth seat, an employee’s children are playing on their iPads and singing next to us. Everyone enjoying a late Saturday coffee and hearty breakfast. I had the 2 eggs, meat, potatoes, and toast special. My girlfriend had the western omelette and Texas toast. Everything was amazing!!!!(imagine Waffle House but you’ve got the worst hangover ever and your Nana sprinkles a little extra love in there) The bacon is the greatest thing I’ve ever put in my mouth.point.blank.period. The potatoes are exactly how my grandmother chopped and smashed them when she friend them in the cast iron skillet. My girlfriend’s western omelette was exactly how it should be, fluffy bright yellow egg with tons of flavor aided by salt and pepper to your liking and cooked yet firm produce mixed even throughout. AMERICA PLEASE KEEP THESE TREASURES ALIVE!!!!WE NEED THEM!!!!“

“I recommend this restaurant for any day of the week sometimes on Saturdays and Sundays. It gets a little bit busy but they take you so fast. Food is just so delicious and it’s not that they rushed the food out. The cooks are just so great that they can handle everyone coming in. I’ve had to wait maybe 10 minutes on a Sunday because of church But I highly recommend it to people are so friendly there and like I said they’re fast and delicious. Please try it you really will miss something if you don’t.“

It is perfect in every way. We are lucky enough to live nearby and frequent it often. The rare unanimous vote, when polling the family for eating out! There’s always something on the TV to entertain the kids. But once you pry your eyes off the TV, you realize you are in an idyllic diner; one you would be forgiven for erroneously believing only existed in an episode of Mr Rogers Neighborhood. Charming, understated, authentic. Food so good, and portions so large, that you endeavor to never leave a bite behind. Cozy enough to make you feel like the only customer, yet busy enough to never disappoint an avid people watcher. In all these ways unscathed by the enshittification that has subsumed both fast food chains and mom & pop diners alike in recent years. With the ironic twist being — all this ink has been spilt and I haven’t even tried breakfast yet! Good things await I am sure. Husband had a banana split and said it it one of the best he’s eaten. Our waitress was so nice. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience! We will definitely return when in the area.“

“My family went for lunch on Saturday, the place was absolutely packed! And for good reason, the food was absolutely delicious! And the service we received from our waiter was perfect. Elijah was very attentive and always happy to meet my toddlers many requests 😅 Also would like to add that even though they were super busy, it took them less than 10 minutes to get us seated and the food didn’t take long to come out at all. All the food was hot and fresh, even the strawberries were freshly cut. We will definitely be spending many more breakfast and lunch dates here!“

“If you like a hometown, locally owned restaurant feel, this is a great place to visit. It has a bit of a Rustic / Grandma's kitchen vibe. Food is excellent! Omelettes are in my opinion stellar, with the proper amount of all ingredients. Bacon is awesome, thin and crispy, just how I like it! Pancakes are also excellent and super tasty. Overeasy eggs are also cooked perfectly. Carry and Barb are 2 of the best breakfast chefs I have had out, period.. As of 2023 I'm 50 years old so have had breakfast a ton of places locally and nationally. I live about 3 miles away from the restaurant location so since I discovered it I try to stop once or twice a week. Definitely one of Pittsburgh's hidden local neighborhood gems. It is one of those small local places where if you know how good it is, you KNOW, and remember....“

“I’ve been here twice and genuinely think this is one of the best spots to spend a block on. I’ve only come for breakfast, but each time they’ve had eggs, potatoes, taters, fresh fruit, omelets, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and several other options. You get full control over the portion size and can eat literally as much as you want, so I highly recommend coming here when you’re hungry.“

“Rude worker, refused service. we was there at 11:25 June 3rd, as we walked thru the first door we was stopped by a rude women yelling how they close at midnight and their kitchen closes at 1120pm. no signs posted anywhere, open sign was still on, people was inside eating, I asked for the store manager number she replied she was but refused her name, the replied they are franchise owned and she sleeps with the owner so she can close without notice anytime she wants. and she claimed the 1120 time was posted on the doors which it wasn't. dennys needs to review this location and pull there name from the owner. I've ate at dennys all over the country and never have seen a dennys not open 24hrs and sure never seen one with this poor of management.“
