“We were leaving a funeral service in the evening of 9/9/25, and had reservations at Tillies for 20 people. When we showed up they acted like we were a bother. Insanely rude to everyone. The last thing a family should be dealing with at that time. I made a game time decision at that point, I stepped outside and I called Luciano’s around 7pm on a hope and prayer that last second they would be able to accommodate 20 people and told them our situation. Luciano’s was absolutely SO kind. They asked how long until we would be there, I said “20 minutes”. They said “we’ll be ready”. We all got up and left Tillies, and 20 minute later got to Luciano’s. They had tables lined up and ready for our party. Our two servers were so absolutely amazing I wish I could remember their names. But just 2 awesome young ladies. They were so kind to a family that just lost a loved one. The service, the food, the compassion was just out of this world. Everyone was so happy. Thank you guys so much for making a very gloom, and sad day much better for this family. We’ve always liked the food here but now we will be making a point to visit much more often. Thank you so much, again.“

“I usually love eating here and understand that it gets very busy. However, they do not run reservations well. I checked in 30 minutes after making my reservation. My quoted time was 40 to 55 minutes. We waited an additional 30 to be told that I wasn't checked in properly. Waited a total of an hour and 20 minutes and still was not seated.“
