This place is amazing! Countless yummy bowl options with their topping bar. Select your starch (or none). Choose veggies and proteins. You control the sauces and seasonings. There are small bottles to taste the sauces. They also have a full menu of sushi and other Asian favorites although we've never ordered anything but the bowls since they're so darn good!!
