Excellent place for dinner. Had the Onion Soup (huge and delicious) as well as the Ahí Tuna. Also very nice! My suggestion would be to share the onion soup and enjoy an entree. Definitely worth it! Will definitely be back. The service and ambiance were also great!!

On our annual drive from Annapolis to upstate New York, we have happily learned that Wilkes-Barre PA is a perfect halfway stop, due in large part to the Cork Bar and Restsurant. It is a hidden gem, but even better, two of their staff are hidden diamonds, David, our favorite server, and Denise, whose creative original approach to mixing cocktails sets a very high standard. We always look forward to an evening dinner in their outdoor patio, with superb drinks and an exceptional menu. The locals know, but the Cork is a destination in its own right.

So I've walked by this place so many times for years, never decided to stop in. Until today. I walked in and was greeted by Denise very bubbly, loving awesome, personality of a person. Who was extremely knowledgeable of her craft and what there about. Even a bitt of there origins. which is usually rare to get.
Don't know why my silly self took so long 2 step in and give it a try but oh my im glad I did today and gave it a prye and to my surprise a whole staff of smiling eyes down to earth vibes and professional disguise, it took my day to a 10 from a 5. i shall definitely return and continue this vibe.
