Dunkin' Donuts in Wilkes Barre

“This place will not toast anything for you!!!

I live locally but I travel a lot so I visit many Dunkin donuts, the problem with this particular location is for more than 2 years. I have been asking them to please toast my bagel sandwich .They refuse even though it's an option. When placing an order they say it's toasted, when I ask them to toast it.
The reply I get is they're not allowed to because it has cheese on it. I have never heard such an excuse. This place is the worst location Dunkin donuts has in its system.“

“this is my favorite place to stop on weekends in the summer. as someone who works at the camp right next to it the people are always so nice to us because there is a bunch of college age kids the swarm them every weekend and they handle it so well.“

“It was a grab and go. Decided to grab their ham and cheese slider on a pretzel bun , it's absolutely fantastic. It's got a little bit of barbecue sauce on it and it's just wow. Definitely a hit. You must try. Just sorry I only got 2 lol“

“I LOVE this Dunkin!!! Everyone is really nice and works hard to make my order right. I particularly like to get a refresher with almond milk. This is the ONLY Dunkin that will give it to me. All others that I have tried give the excuse, “We don’t have the button for almond milk so we can’t make it…” Even though I’m willing to pay extra for it AND they literally have almond milk in their stock, they refuse. It really is disappointing.
I am so so thankful that this Dunkin makes my drink to my liking. They put in that extra effort which always makes me smile. They are the only Dunkin that I will go to. ❤️“

“Better experience here I had in awhile. I stopped going because the coffee was always burnt. Today 9 am my sandwich was awesome my coffee delicious but I damn near chipped a tooth on my hashbrowns. They were hard as a rock so I threw them out. This is why I never splurge on combos
Always a waste of money somewhere in the order.“
