Food was great, and a great value. Service was friendly and prompt. What a gem in the middle of the neighborhood. I would breakfast here frequently if I lived in Wilkes-Barre
cash only. No sign on door or anywhere but at register. Convienant atm of course to suck out more money. Always told support local well not when they rip you off. This top 10 list is fraudelent too. Don't go. Oh before I forget saw a waitress dump old coffee into a freshly made one so there is that too.
This place is truly a treasure. Stopped in last Sunday as myself and my wife was shopping locally. Firstly the name says it all "Cozy". The staff are super friendly, and very attentive. The food is top notch. Portion size is big (I'm 6'4 with a hearty appetite and I left feeling stuffed), great coffee. Was a pleasure to visit and I can see why you had a lot of the locals calling in after Church. I cannot wait to come back easily 5 stars ❤
