I was excited to try this cafe for breakfast, when I was in the area, because of the glowing reviews, but I found this restaurant to be very average. The good: seated quickly and coffee filled fast, waitress was pleasant and she was very quick to clean the table. The average: the restaurant was very small and not quite homey. Maybe it was the size of the place but it was chilly inside and we were in the farthest booth from the door. The less than average: the food. The eggs were fine but the waitress set one plate on top of the other breaking the yolks on the one and getting yolk all over the bottom of the other and it got all over the table and me. The food took 25 minutes and it was just eggs and French toast. The French toast was very "eggy" and made with basic white bread, not thick Italian bread or something sturdier so it was just kind of soggy. The price was okay for the food you got but I definitely will not be returning. If you do come know that it is cash only and has on street parking, if you can find it. I think this is more of a local hang out for residents than a restaurant for others.

Nice small cafe - our server was very friendly and even had suggestions for kid/family friendly things for us to check out when visiting the area.

I was in town visiting and wanted to eat at a diner instead of a fast food place. Julie's top shelf good home cooking was excellent. I will return when in the area again. Mike from New Jersey

The best place in Pa is a lie. No sign on door table etc about cash only. Just at register. Oh look an atm so they can make more money. I felt ripped off. Will never go again and definately telling people against it. Its ok to charge 3 pervent to use a card if that is the issue. Support local they say but most locals are shady with there atms right there to charge you a service fee. Ruined what little I thought about this place. Can't give zeros so 1 is generous.
